Objectives This study analyzes the development and application of dance education in physical education programs in the Always Spring Education Demonstration Operation Project organized by the Korea Creative Foundation. Methods As a qualitative research method, this study conducted in-depth interviews with six instructors who conducted expression classes for sports instructors in area P, classified central keywords, and went through understanding and interpretation steps. Results First, it is to secure an educational space in which a dance education space can be formed. This is because the perception of dance is still not expanded, and it is an urgent part to be implemented as it places restrictions on students' physical activities. Second, it is the continuity of instructor training. Since instructors have a short research period to cultivate theoretical and practical competencies for elementary education, training that can promote capacity building rather than formal training is needed to improve the quality of classes Conclusions The category of trial and error should be reduced in the development, implementation and operation of programs so that programs with high quality expansion of always-spring education projects can be provided to students. This should include reflective thinking of the institutions that run the program and the management that developed it, and should be able to be reborn as a driving force to provide a foothold for subsequent research.

본 연구는 한국창의재단 주관 늘봄교육시범운영사업에서 체육교육프로그램 내 무용교육을 중심으로 개발 및 적용을 분석한 것이다. 무용교육은 체육교과에서 표현영역으로 기본적으로 30차시를 구성하여 강사연수 후 학교로 파견한 내용을 바탕으로 진행한 것이다. 이에 본 연구방법은 질적연구방법으로 P지 역 늘봄체육강사 표현영역 수업을 수행한 6명강사를 중심으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하고 중심키워드를 분류 하고 이해와 해석단계를 거처 결과로 드러낸 것이다. 연구결과는 첫째, 무용교육공간이 이루어질 수 있는 교육공간의 확보이다. 이는 무용에 대한 인식이 여전히 확장이 안되어있기 때문이며 학생들의 신체활동 에 제약을 두는 것으로 시급하게 시행되어야 할 부분이라 하겠다. 둘째, 강사연수의 지속성이다. 강사들 이 초등교육에 대한 이론적, 실천적인 역량을 함양하기에 연구기간이 짧아 수업의 질적 제고를 위해서도 형식적으로만 이루어지는 연수가 아닌 역량강화를 도모할 수 있는 연수가 필요하다. 늘봄교육사업의 확 장이 질적으로 높은 프로그램이 학생들에게 제공될 수 있도록 프로그램개발과 시행 및 운영에 있어 시행 착오의 범주를 줄여야 한다. 이는 프로그램을 운영하는 기관과 개발한 운영진들의 성찰적 사고가 포함되 어야 하며 후속연구에 발판을 제공할 수 있는 원동력으로 거듭날 수 있어야 한다.
