With the current societal emphasis on leadership virtues and authenticity, research on authentic leadership has been ongoing for some time. However, despite the growing importance of authentic leadership, there is still a lack of systematic reviews of authentic leadership research published in KCI-registered journals. Therefore, this study conducts a keyword network analysis and topic modeling analysis of 435 authentic leadership studies published in KCI-listed journals and suggests future research directions in authentic leadership. In particular, this study compares the research trends of authentic leadership between corporate organizations and other organizations (non-corporate organizations) by year (2011~2017 /2018~2023) based on the topic modeling analysis, and suggests future research directions in authentic leadership. The results of this study are expected to help authentic leadership researchers understand the current status of authentic leadership research.

리더의 덕목과 진정성 등이 사회적으로 강조되고 있는 지금 진성리더십과 관련된 연구는 과거 부터 꾸준히 이루어져 왔다. 하지만 진성리더십의 중요성이 높아지고 있음에도 불구하고 아직 까지 KCI 등재저널에 게재된 진성리더십 연구를 대상으로 체계적 문헌고찰을 수행한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 그동안 KCI에 등재저널에 게재된 435편의 진성리더십 연구를 대상으로 키워드 네트워크 분석과 토픽 모델링 분석을 수행하고 진성리더십의 향후 연구 과제를 제안한다. 특히 기업조직과 기타조직(비기업조직), 연도별(2011~2017/2018~2023) 진 성리더십 연구동향을 토픽 모델링 분석을 바탕으로 비교하고 이를 바탕으로 진성리더십의 향후 연구방향을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 진성리더십을 연구하는 연구자들에 게 진성리더십 연구현황을 파악하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
