Coporations are intersted in the vlaue and usage of Social Capital along with finacial and human resources as a foundattion for growth. In particular, as a enhancing competition, Financial Competencies can be extensively understand through make mechanism with Social Capital. Also, the importance of CEO’s Characteristics who has the directly responsible in the management invironment is getting increase. Accordingly, this study established a frame that combined with Networks, Trust, Vision Sharing, and Financial Competencies in Social Capital perspectives. Furthermore, we identified an morderate effect that Risk Taking. For an empirical analysis, this study used the survey data for 206 CEO. The results of the study, Networks and Trust of Social Capital has positive effects on Vision Sharing. Also Vision Sharing has a positive effects on Financial Competence and a mediating effects in the relationship with Networks and Trust and Financial Competence. Inaddition, Risk Taking has a moderating effects that high Risk Taking make increasing the positive effects with Trust and Vision Sharing. Based on these results, this study suggests the consideration of significant influence relationships between variables, management implications and challenges.

기업은 성장을 위한 바탕으로 물적, 인적 자원과 더불어 사회적 자본의 가치와 활용에 관심을 두고 있다. 특히 경쟁력 향상의 기틀로서 재무역량은 사회적 자본을 통한 메커니즘 설계로 더욱 폭넓게 이해할 수 있다. 또한 경영 환경에 직접적인 책임을 갖는 최고경영자 특성은 그 중요성이 점차 증가되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적 자본 관점에서 네트워크, 신뢰, 비전공 유 그리고 재무역량을 연결짓는 하나의 프레임을 구축하였다. 나아가 모형의 설명을 덧붙이는 조절역할로 위험감수성이 반영된 상호작용 효과를 규명하였다. 본 연구는 실증 분석을 위해 기업의 최고경영자 206명을 대상으로 수집한 설문 자료를 활용하였다. 결과에 따르면 사회적 자본의 네트워크와 신뢰는 비전공유에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비전공유는 재무역량에 정적인 영향과 더불어 네트워크, 신뢰와의 관계에서 매개역할이 검증되었다. 그리 고 위험감수성이 높은 수준일수록 비전공유에 대한 신뢰의 정적인 영향이 강화되는 조절효과가 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 변수 간에 유의미한 영향 관계의 고찰과 경영학적 시사점을 도출하고 향후 과제 등을 제시하였다.
