In summary, this study is a study on the effect of Marina development perception factors on local residents' satisfaction through the attitude of local residents, centering on Gangjin-gun. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the current status and problems of marina ports were examined through prior research, and the scope and method of the study were established centering on these problems. As a sample of the study, a survey was conducted by setting residents of Gangjin-gun and their officials. And data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using the SPSS. 24 program. As a result of the study, first, among the factors of Marina port development perception on local residents' attitudes, only the economic influence factor among the factors of Marina port development perception had a positive effect on local residents' attitudes. Second, in the effect of local residents' attitudes on local community satisfaction, it was found that both the contribution of local interests and the promotion of linked marina port development had an effect. Third, it was found that only the perception of economic impact had an effect on the effect of the Marina port development perception factor through the attitude of local residents on the community and the promotion of linked marina port development.[1] Based on the results derived from this study, the government intends to present basic data that can contribute to academic development by suggesting ways to improve local residents' satisfaction when developing marina ports.

본 연구는 강진군을 중심으로 마리나 개발인식 요인이 지역주민태도를 매개로 하여 지역주민 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구다. 이 연구의 목적을 성취하기 위하여 선행연구를 통해 마리나 항만의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보았고 이 문제점을 중심으로 연구의 범위와 방법을 설정하였다. 연구의 표본으로는 강진군 주민과 그 관계자 들를 설정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 SPSS. 24 프로그램을 이용하여 자료분석과 가설 검증을 실시하였 다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 마리나 항만 개발인식 요인이 지역주민 태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석 결과 마리나 항만 개발인식 요인 중에서 경제적 영향 요인만 지역주민 태도에 대한 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 지역주민의 태도 가 지역사회 만족도에 미치는 영향에서는 지역사회 이익 기여와 연계 마리나 항만 개발 추진 모두가 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역주민 태도를 매개로 한 마리나 항만 개발인식 요인이 지역사회에 미치는 영향과 연계 마리나 항만 개발 추진에 미치는 영향에서는 경제적 영향 인식만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 서 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 마리나 항만 개발 시 지역주민 만족도를 향상하는 방안 제시를 통해 정부가 추진하는 마리나 항만 개발 촉진을 제시하여 학문적 발전에 이바지할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시[1]하고자 한다.
