Purpose: The study is a descriptive survey of high school students to the impact of perceptions of COVID-19 and perceived anxiety control on high school students’ based on the Health Belief Model. Methods: The data collection period was from February 10 to March 31, 2022, and the subjects were 122 high school students located in Daejeon and Chungnam. For the analysis of the collected data, IBM SPSS/Win 25.0 was used, and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed. Result: Among high school students’ cognition of COVID-19, prevention efficacy, perceived health status, and perceived disability were influencing factors on perceived anxiety and control. The explanatory power of these variables was 16.4%. Discussion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop extracurricular activities and specific health room education programs at the school level that can accurately perceive the health status of high school students and reduce perceived disabilities.

본 연구는 고등학생을 대상으로 코로나 19에 대한 인식과 고등학생의 지각된 불안 통제감에 미치는 영향을 건강신념 모델을 기반으로 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구방법: 자료수집 기간은 2022년 2월 10일부터 3월 31일까지이며, 대전･충남지역 소재 2개의 고등학생 122명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 IBM SPSS/Win 25.0을 이용하여 서술 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 결과: 고등학생의 코로나 19에 대한 인식 중 예방 효능 감과 지각된 건강상태 및 지각된 장애가 지각된 불안 통제감에 미치는 영향 요인이었으며. 이들의 변수에 대한 설명력은 16.4%였다. 논의: 본 연구결과를 고등학생 자신의 건강상태를 정확하게 지각하고 지각된 장애를 감소시킬 수 있는 학교 차원 에서의 비교과활동 및 구체적인 보건실 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
