This study attempted to determine the extent of adult attachment and interpersonal competence among nursing students and their impact on interpersonal caregiving behaviors. Data were collected from 146 third and fourth year nursing students in three nursing colleges located in C, J, and K provinces. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Boferroni, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data using IBM SPSS 22.0. The results showed that nursing program satisfaction (β=.37, p<.001), interpersonal competence (β=.31, p<.001), and gender (β=.17, p<.05) were identified as influential factors of interpersonal caring behaviors, with an explanatory power of 29.1%. In order for nursing students to perform quality interpersonal caregiving behaviors, it is necessary to design curriculum that reflects the needs of nursing students and utilize co-curricular and extra-curricular programs to provide interpersonal skills experiences. Further research is needed to identify factors affecting interpersonal caring behaviors.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 성인애착, 대인관계유능성의 정도를 알아보고, 대인돌봄행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하 고자 시도하였다. 자료수집은 C도, J도, K도에 소재한 3개 간호대학에서 3, 4학년 146명을 대상으로 자료 수집하였다. 자료분석은 IBM SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA 및 Boferroni, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression analysis을 사용하였다. 연구결과로 간호학과 만족도(β=.37, p<.001), 대인관계유능성(β= .31, p<.001), 성별(β=.17, p<.05)이 대인돌봄행위의 영향 요인으로 확인되었으며 그 설명력은 29.1%이었다. 간호대학생이 질적인 대인돌봄행위를 수행하기 위해서는 간호대학생의 요구도가 반영된 교육과정 편성과 교과･비교과 프로그램을 활용하 여 대인관계 기술을 경험할 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요할 것이다. 추후 지속적인 반복 연구와 대인돌봄행위 영향 요인 규명이 요구된다.
