The number of pastors at their own expense is expected to continue to increase in the future. This researcher looked at practical theological missionary measures according to the ministry at their own expense, which is rapidly increasing in Korean society and Korean churches today. Until now, Korean society and the Korean Church have been used in a negative sense for dual pastors. There is an inherent negative idea that they are ambiguous pastors who cannot devote themselves to full-time ministry, secular pastors who cannot give up money and power, and failed pastors who have not succeeded in ministry. From this point of view, there are new expectations for missionary ministry along with realistic requests frombiblical theology and the pastoral field. It focuses great attention on the positive gaze and missionary plans for the pastor of Javi-ryang, who has various jobs in the 21st century. Christian pastors of Javi-ryang can be seen as pastors who are more devoted than anyone else for the financial independence of the church. It is a professional pastor who pioneers as a community that evangelizes and missions by naturally meeting souls in each area and daily life of Korean society. He is a missionary pastor who is now moving from a chapel-centered ministry of the Korean Church to a field-oriented ministry. Accordingly, I look forward to the evangelical Korea, a unified Korea, and a missionary Korea for the Korean church and world missionary work through the Javi-ryang pastoral ministry. Accordingly, the general understanding, biblical understanding, and missionary understanding were examined through the understanding of the ministry of mercy. Furthermore, by referring to Lesslie Newbigin's perspective of the ministry of mercy through the theology of work, Paul Stevens's perspective of the ministry through the theology of work, Tim Keller's perspective of the ministry through the theology of work, and Miroslav Wolf's perspective of the ministry of mercy through the theology of work, the practical theological mission plan according to the ministry of mercy is summarized as follows. The first is a missionary plan through God's mission. The second is a missionary plan through the sense of calling of the pastor. The third is a missionary plan through research on the model type of the ministry of mercy. Finally, the fourth was suggested a missionary plan through the theology of work of the ministry of mercy. Through this, the pastor and the missionary of mercy who are practiced in the pastoral field and the mission field must work in the Korean church without any pastoral conflict. Furthermore, we look at the ministry of mercy as a new possibility of living in a different way, and hope that the life, anguish, and ministry itself of today's pastors of mercy will be the hope of the new ministry of the Korean church.

자비량 목회자의 수가 향후 계속해서 증가할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구자는 오늘날 한국 사회와 한국교회에 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있는 자비량 목회에 따른 실천 신학적 선교 방안에 대하여 살펴보았다. 그동안 한국 사회와 한국교회는 이중직 목회자에 대 한 부정적인 의미로 사용되었다. 전임 목회에 전념하지 못하는 애매한 목회자와 돈과 권력을 포기하지 못하는 세속적인 목회자, 그리고 목회에 성공하지 못한 실패한 목회 자라는 부정적 생각이 내재 되어 있다. 이러한 관점에서 성경적인 신학과 목회 현장 의 현실적인 요청과 함께 선교적인 목회에 대한 새로운 기대가 깔려있다. 21세기 다양한 직업을 가지고 목회하고 있는 자비량 목회자에 대한 긍정적 시선과 선교 방안에 크나큰 관심을 집중시킨다. 기독교의 자비량 목회자들은 교회의 재정적 인 자립을 위해 누구보다 헌신하는 목회자라고 볼 수 있겠다. 한국 사회의 각 영역과 일상에서 영혼들을 자연스럽게 만남으로써 전도하며 선교하는 공동체로서 개척하는 전문적인 목회자이다. 한국교회의 예배당 중심적 목회에서 이제 현장 중심적 목회로 나아가고 있는 선교적인 목회자이다. 이에 자비량 목회를 통해 한국교회와 세계 선교 를 위해 복음 한국과 통일한국, 그리고 선교 한국이 이루어지기를 기대해 본다. 이에 따라서 자비량 목회에 대한 이해를 통해서 일반적 이해와 성경적 이해, 그리고 선교적 이해를 고찰하였다. 더 나아가, 자비량 목회에 대한 신학자들의 견해로서 레슬리 뉴비긴의 일의 신학을 통한 자비량 목회 관점과 폴 스티븐스의 일의 신학을 통한 자비량 목회 관점, 그리고 팀 켈러의 일의 신학을 통한 자비량 목회 관점, 미로 슬라브 볼프의 일의 신학을 통한 자비량 목회 관점을 언급함으로써 자비량 목회에 따 른 실천 신학적 선교 방안은 다음과 같이 정리하였다. 첫째는, 하나님의 선교를 통한 선교 방안이다. 둘째는, 자비량 목회자의 소명 의식을 통한 선교 방안이다. 셋째는, 자비량 목회의 모델 유형 연구를 통한 선교 방안이다. 마지막으로 넷째는, 자비량 목회의 일의 신학을 통한 선교 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 목회 현장과 선교 현장에서 실천하는 자비량 목회자와 자비량 선교사가 한국교 회에서 목회적인 갈등 없이 사역해야 한다. 더 나아가, 자비량 목회를 다른 방식으로 살아가는 하나의 새로운 가능성의 목회적 방식으로 보고, 오늘날 자비량 목회자들의 삶과 고뇌, 그리고 사역 그 자체를 한국교회의 새로운 목회의 희망이기를 기대해 본다.
