This study explores various video analyses of acting demonstrations and satisfaction survey results from “2023 2nd Semester: Expert Training & Consulting” by Center for Teaching and Learning Development, Kyonggi University, as well as overall recommendations from class activities. It is based on the author’s course: “Basics of Acting Ⅱ”, during the second semester for the freshman year, from September 1st, 2023 to December 18th. The purpose is to create a practical teaching and learning environment that connects research on improvement methods with planning and implementing course improvements based on customized class consulting. By examining the strengths and areas for improvement in the class, the author achieved outcomes in self-objectification and the enhancement of self-directed teaching methods. The focus was on how this acting education method should be implemented as an acting teaching method to maximize its effectiveness within the process of expert analytical class consulting. Based on the analysis of a survey conducted with 28 first-year students from the Department of Acting at Kyonggi University who participated in the class, the author aimed to maximize the efficiency of basic acting teaching methods. As a result, while the participants generally expressed high satisfaction, they also indicated a desire for more efficient use of class time. Class consultant and Professor Jung-Im Choi from Catholic Kwandong University carefully analyzed the class video from an educational perspective, allowing the instructor to recognize and realize the areas for improvement on their own. This suggests that instructors should identify the strengths and weaknesses of Korean students, research customized teaching methods that consider contemporary trends and the diversity of genres, and actively respond to and utilize these in practical educational environments.

이 연구는 경기대학교 교수학습개발센터에서 진행하는 ｢2023년 2학기 전문가 수업컨설팅｣ 과목으로 선정된, 본 연구자가 교육하는 “기초연기 2” 1학년 2학기(2023년 09월 01일~12월 18일) 실습 과목을 수업 동영상을 통한 분석과 학습자 만족도 조사 결과를 바탕으로, 수업 구성과 활동을 분석하고 종합의견과 제안사항을 제시했다. 또한, 맞춤형 수업컨설팅을 바탕으로 수업개선을 어떻게 계획해 나가며 실천할 것 인지 개선방안을 통해 실질적인 연기교육환경에 목적을 두었다. 학생들의 요구 및 평가는 교수자에게 어 떠한 의미인지, 학생들의 수업 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 어떻게 발전시킬지에 대한 연구를 진행 하였다. 연구자는 즉흥연기를 새로운 4가지의 방식으로 접근하여 프로그램을 개발하면서, 수업에서의 교 육적 실행으로 여러 가지 가능성이 확인되었다. 전문가의 분석적인 수업컨설팅 실행과정 안에서 이러한 연기교육법이 어떠한 연기교수법으로 구현되어야 효과가 극대화 되는가에 초점을 두고, 함께 수업에 참 여한 경기대학교 연기학과 1학년 재학생 28명 설문의 분석을 기반하여 기초연기 교수법의 효율성을 극 대화 시키고자 하였다. 수업컨설턴트로는 최정임 교수(가톨릭관동대학교)가 수업동영상을 보고 교육학적 인 관점에서 세밀하게 분석하였고, 2015, 초·중등 개정교과과정에 따른 국어와 연극교사들도 참고하기 위해 이 연구가, 교수자들로 하여금 개선해야할 초점을 스스로 인지하고 실현하는 장이 되었으면 한다. 이는 교수자들이 한국 학생들이 가지고 있는 장단점을 파악하여, 시대적 트렌드와 장르의 다양성을 감안 한 맞춤형 교수법을 연구하여, 실질적인 교육적 환경에 적극적으로 대처하고 활용해야 함을 시사한다.
