This study aims to analyze the anxiety factors experienced by domestic and international students preparing to become K-POP idols. Six participants were selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected through in-depth interviews conducted from May to June 2024. Using inductive content and classification analysis, the anxiety factors were categorized into two main areas: 'emotional' and 'physical.' Emotional factors included 'test anxiety,' 'information overload,' 'negative expectations,' 'time pressure,' and 'negative self-evaluation,' classified into 13 medium areas and 39 subcategories. Physical factors, such as 'appearance,' 'injuries,' 'body changes,' and 'weight,' were divided into 4 areas and 19 subcategories. This study provides foundational data for understanding the psychological challenges of K-POP idol trainees, supporting future research.

본 연구는 K-POP 아이돌을 준비하는 내·외국인 학생들의 심리적 불안 요인을 분석하고 탐구하는 데 목적이 있 다. 연구 참여자는 판단 추출법을 활용하여 선정하여 6명을 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 해당 연구는 2024년 5 월~6월 동안 진행되었으며, 1인 1회, 1시간 내외의 심층 면담 및 추가 질의를 통해 자료를 수집·보완하였다. 연 구를 통해 얻은 자료는 귀납적 내용 분석방법과 분류 분석의 방식을 활용하여 결론을 도출하였다. 그 결과 K-POP 아이돌을 준비하는 내·외국인 학생들의 심리적 불안 요인은 ‘정서적’, ‘신체적’의 2가지 대영역으로 분류 되었다. 정서적 요인은 빈도수에 따라 ‘시험불안’, ‘정보량’, ‘부정적 기대감’, ‘시간’, ‘부정적 자기평가’ 등이 주요 요인으로 나타났으며, 총 13개의 중영역과 39개의 소영역으로 분류되었다. 신체적 요인은 ‘외모’, ‘신체 부상’, ‘신체 변화’, ‘체중’ 등이 주요 요인으로 나타났고, 4개의 중영역과 19개의 소영역으로 분류되었다. 이를 통해 K-POP 아이돌을 준비하는 학생들이 겪는 불안의 요인 파악 및 후속연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.
