If you have already committed a moral fault, it is very difficult to reverse it. It is also important to reflect on yourself after committing an immoral act, but more importantly, you should read the incipience from the beginning and behave morally according to the time and situation. In this respect, I argue that Zhouyi’s incipience theory is meaningful enough to be applied to ethics education. However, in order for the theory to be used in ethics education, it must first be theoretically revealed that reading out incipience in Zhouyi guarantees moral consequences. Therefore, the thesis argues that the ability to read incipience in Zhouyi leads to moral consequences of shizhong(時中) and zhongjie(中節).

도덕적 과실을 범한 뒤라면 이를 되돌리기란 매우 어렵다. 비도덕적 행동을 한 후에 반성하는 것도 중요하지만, 더 절실한 것은 애초에 기 미[幾]를 파악하여 때와 상황에 맞게 도덕적 행동을 하는 것이다. 이 점에서 필자는 『주역』의 기미론이 윤리 교육에 적용할 만한 의의가 있다고 본다. 그런데 기미론을 윤리 교육 현장에서 활용하려면, 선제적 으로 『주역』의 기미 파악 행위가 도덕적 결과를 담보한다는 점이 이 론적으로 규명되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 『주역』의 기미 파악 역 량이 시중(時中)과 중절(中節)이라는 도덕적 결과로 이어진다는 점을 논증한다.
