The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the relationship between organizational learning, psychological empowerment, and work engagement for hotel employees working in a five-star hotel in Seoul. The survey was conducted for about 30 days from January 15 to February 14, 2024, and an empirical analysis was conducted using 243 valid samples.
