The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of flow experience on career preparation behavior and major satisfaction for college students majoring in contemporary dance. In order to achieve the research objectives, a survey was conducted on 155 contemporary dance majors enrolled in universities in the metropolitan area for about 3 weeks from January 10 to 31, 2024. For data analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the statistical program SPSS 18.0. As a result of multiple regression analysis, it was found that cognitive flow of flow experience had a positive (+) effect on information collection activities of career preparation behavior, cognitive flow and behavioral flow had a positive (+) effect on tool equipment activities, and cognitive flow had a positive (+) effect on practical efforts. In addition, it was found that cognitive flow and behavioral flow of flow experiences had a positive (+) effect on subject satisfaction of major satisfaction, and cognitive flow had a positive (+) effect on cognitive satisfaction. Based on the results and discussions, the expansion of flow experience research and research using in-depth interviews were derived as implications.

본 연구는 현대무용 전공 대학생을 대상으로 몰입경험이 진로준비행동 및 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하 는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2024년 1월 10일부터 31일까지 약 3주간에 걸쳐 수도권 대 학의 재학 중인 현대무용 전공자 155명에게 설문을 실시하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 통계 프로그램 SPSS 18.0 을 활용하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 몰입경험의 인지몰입이 진로준비행동의 정보수집활동에 정적(+)영향을 미쳤고, 인지몰입, 행위몰입이 도구구비활동에 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지몰입이 실천적노력에 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 몰입경험의 인지몰입, 행위몰입이 전공만족의 교과만족에 정적(+)영향을 미쳤고, 인지몰입이 인식만족에 정적(+)영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과와 논의를 바탕으로 진로준비행동 관련 연구 확대, 무용 전공 대학생을 대상으로 한 폭 넓은 연구를 시사점으로 도출하였다.
