This paper discusses the significance (innovation) of the civilization countermeasure theory of the Chinese modernization theory, namely a community with a shared future for mankind—the Global Civilization Initiative, as well as its interaction and enlightenment on overseas Sinology research. Specifically, by elaborating that overseas Sinology and its research fields are the shared academic tools for the practice of exchanges and mutual learning among human civilizations, that is, the global empathic knowledge network is an effective academic mechanism that embodies its time values and spirits such as exchange, dialogue, reference, integration, coexistence, peace, equality, pluralism, reciprocity, correlative and inclusiveness and so on. In conclusion, the paper puts forward the research direction and blueprint of overseas Sinology for the hyperlink era in the 21st century. In addition, with reference to the existing research theories and methods of overseas Sinology, the paper shifted the speaking position of knowledge production to the territory of Korean Sinology in the same East Asia civilization circle and attempted to explore the knowledge system and research mode of overseas Sinology from a new dimension—East Asia Discourse (regional perspective). On this basis, it seeks to argue that Korean Sinology research is a noteworthy academic mechanism for establishing of an empathic knowledge network of the East Asian civilization community, which is an exploration of East Asia of Global Civilization Initiative.

본 논문은 중국식 현대화 이론, 즉 인류운명공동체—글로벌 문명 이니셔티브의 문명 대안론적 창신성, 그리고 해외한학(Sinology, 중국학)연구와의 상호관계성, 상호작용, 의미 등을 탐구했다. 구체적으로는 해외한학과 그 연구 분야가 현 중국 정부가 추진하 는 인류문명의 교류와 호감(互鑑) 사상의 학술적 공공재(公器)로 발전해가는 역사 과정 을 추적했다. 이러한 논의 과정을 통해서 21세기 초연결시대에 걸맞은 해외한학의 연 구 방향과 새로운 비전, 즉 교류, 대화, 참조, 융합, 공존, 평화, 평등, 다원, 호혜, 협력, 포용 등 시대적 가치와 정신을 구현하는 글로벌 공감지식 네트워크 구축을 위한 실효 성 있는 학술기제로 제고시킬 것을 제안했다. 또 현행 중국에서 논의되는 해외한학의 연구 이론과 방법을 참고해 지식 생산의 발화위치를 동일한 동아시아 문명권인 한국한 학의 생성 지형으로 이동시켜 동아시아 담론(East Asia Discourse, 지역적 시각)이라는 새로운 차원에서 해외한학의 지식체계와 연구모델을 모색했다. 이러한 시론을 통해서 한국한학연구는 글로벌 문명 이니셔티브의 동아시아적 모색, 즉 동아시아 문명공동체 의 공감지식 네트워크 구축 방면에서 주목할 만한 학술적 기제임을 확인했다.

本文探讨了“中国式现代化理论，即人类命运共同体—全球文明倡议”在文明对策论上 的意义（创新性）、以及它对“海外汉学（Sinology，又称中国学）研究”的启示和互动 等。具体来说，通过阐述海外汉学及其研究领域是实践“人类文明交流互鉴”的学术公 器，即具有体现交流、对话、借鉴、融合、共存、和平、平等、多元、互惠、合作、包 容等时代价值和精神的“全球共情知识网络”这一实效性的学术机制，为21世纪超链接时 代提出了“海外汉学”的研究方向和蓝图。加之，还参照现行海外汉学的研究理论与方 法，把知识产生的“发话位置”移动到同一东亚文明圈“韩国汉学”的生成版图，尝试从新 的维度——“东亚话语（East Asia Discourse，区域视角）”来探讨海外汉学的知识体系和 研究模式。以此试论，“韩国汉学研究”是“全球文明倡议之东亚探索”——东亚文明共同 体的共情知识网络建立方面的一种值得关注的学术机制。
