The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated changes in work systems and types of employment globally, and a new working environment has emerged where diverse generations of the workforce coexist due to changing demographic structures. This study aims to develop and evaluate a tailored incentive system that fosters sustainable management specifically for IT-related startups. Considering the negative impacts of traditional performance-based incentives on employee satisfaction and productivity, this research proposes incentive plans suitable for various working conditions and age groups of job seekers. The study plans to collect data through literature reviews, surveys, and analysis of companies' hiring activities and workers' job-seeking activities online, utilizing machine learning for analysis. By presenting a strategic and individualized approach, this research seeks to explore ways to promote sustainable growth within organizations.
