This study derives related variables from the perspective of quality of life and analyzes the relationship between the major variables in order to explore the variables related to the return to daily life of the original workplace returnees through the data of the second 5th year (2022) of the Industrial Accident Insurance Panel Survey. Among the survey subjects, 524 returnees were analyzed, and the structural relationship was verified centering on the variables of daily life difficulty, psychological health, job satisfaction, and subjective well-being. As a result of the analysis, it was found that daily life difficulty had a statistically significant effect on psychological health and job satisfaction. Psychological health was found to have a direct effect on job satisfaction and subjective well-being, and job satisfaction had a direct effect on subjective well-being. However, daily life difficulty did not directly affect subjective well-being, and the dual mediating effect of psychological health and job satisfaction was found to be significant between daily life difficulty and subjective well-being. Measures to improve the quality of life, such as physical, psychological health, and job satisfaction of original workers, were discussed.

본 연구는 산재보험패널조사 제2차 5차년도(2022년) 자료를 통해 원직장복귀자의 일 상복귀 관련 변인을 탐색하기 위해 삶의 질 관점에서 관련 변인을 도출하고, 주요 변인 간 관계를 분석하였다. 조사 대상자 중 원직장 복귀자 524명을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 일상생활 곤란도, 심리적 건강, 일자리 만족, 주관적 안녕감 변인을 중심으로 구조적 관 계를 검증하였는데, 분석결과, 일상생활 곤란도는 심리적 건강과 일자리 만족에 통계적으 로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 건강은 일자리 만족과 주관적 안녕감 에, 일자리만족은 주관적안녕감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 일상 생활 곤란도는 주관적 안녕감에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 일상생활곤란도와 주 관적안녕감 간에 심리적건강과 일자리만족의 이중 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 원직장 근로자의 신체, 심리적건강 및 일자리 만족 등 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 에 대해 논의하였다.
