This study began with a question of whether social economy could have a differentiating effect from existing service areas on ‘community care’. This is because it is appropriate to understand social economy as a means to achieve specific goals, rather than simply expanding the supply of services. The value of social economy as a tool in community integrated care was summarized as ‘community recovery’ and ‘cooperation’. It could also result in social capital. To this end, a case study was conducted focusing on ‘Our Village Alternative Family Project in Busan’. The analytical framework was revised to organize the organizational life history into three stages: ‘preparation and creation’, ‘application and growth’, and ‘change and crisis’. Through this case, we were able to confirm the role of our village corporation, a support organization, in the process. We organized the impact (positive/negative) of changes in the external environment related to the business. Ultimately, these contents led to resident participation and restoration of community spirit. The role of social and economic activities in achieving these goals was also confirmed. Based on these results, discussion necessary for related businesses is provided. Significance and limitations of this study are also proposed.

본 연구는 지역사회통합돌봄에서 사회적 경제가 기존 서비스 영역과 다른 차별성을 가질 수 있는가에 대한 질문에서 시작되었다. 단순히 서비스 공급량을 확대시키는 것이 아니라, 특정한 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로서 사회적 경제의 참여를 이해하는 것이 새로운 서비스 영역의 등장으로 이해할 수 있기 때문 이다. 지역사회통합돌봄에서 사회적 경제가 가지는 도구로서의 가치를 ‘공동체 회복’과 ‘협력’으로 제안하 였으며, 이러한 가치가 사회적 자본으로 귀결될 수 있음을 정리하였다. 이를 위해 ‘부산 우리마을 대안가족 사업’을 중심으로 사례연구를 시행하였다. 분석틀로는 조직생애사 틀을 수정하여, 준비와 생성, 적용과 성 장, 변화와 위기라는 3단계 과정으로 적용·정리하였다. 본 사례를 통해 진행 과정에서 지원조직인 우리마을 법인의 역할을 확인할 수 있었고, 사업과 관련한 외부 환경 변화의 영향(긍정/부정)을 함께 정리할 수 있었다. 최종적으로 이러한 내용이 주민 참여와 공동체성 회복이라는 결과로 이어지게 되었으며, 이러한 목적 달성 을 위한 사회적 경제 활동의 역할도 함께 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 관련 사업에 필요한 논의 및 본 연구의 의의와 한계를 제안하였다.
