This study conducted an exploratory study to develop an empirical scale of the innovative teaching method in order to apply the problem-based (PBL) teaching method using the innovative teaching method. Based on the questionnaire, the sampling method was conducted by applying the judgment sampling method, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS Ver. 22.0 statistical package to perform reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 22.0. As a result of the study, it was found that when a service failure in the hotel tourism field occurs, it is necessary to apply the innovative teaching method at the university to overcome it and successfully start a business. In addition, service failure inevitably occurs at the point of contact between customers and service employees in the hotel tourism field, and it is considered necessary to introduce the innovative teaching method as preliminary education at the university in order to recover the failed customer service.

본 연구는 혁신교수법을 활용하여 문제기반형(PBL) 교수법을 적용하기 위해 혁신교수법의 실증적 척도개발을 위한 탐색적인 연구를 진행하였다. 설문 문항을 바탕으로 표본추출방법은 판단표 본추출법을 적용하여 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 22.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 AMOS 22.0을 활용하여 확인적요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 호 텔관광 분야의 서비스실패가 발생할 시에 이를 극복하고 성공적인 창업역량을 위한 대학에서의 혁 신교수법의 적용이 필요할 것으로 규명되었다. 그리고 호텔관광 분야에서 고객과 서비스종사원의 접 점에서 필수 불가결하게 서비스실패가 발생하는데, 실패한 고객서비스 회복을 위해서는 대학에서의 예비교육으로 혁신교수법의 도입이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
