The goal of this study is to provide highly effective information on alleviating career anxiety and finding intervention methods that are more useful for college students majoring in Taekwondo through an investigation of the structural relationship created between self-leadership, positive psychological capita, and career anxiety. In order to achieve the research purpose, this paper selected college students majoring in Taekwondo as of 2024 as the parent population to collect data(final 203 copies) and then performed frequency analysis, Cronbach's alpha calculation, correlation analysis, measurement model confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model, and bootstrapping using SPSS(28.0) and AMOS(21.0). Through the analysis, the significance of an indirect effect, which starts from a linear causal relationship between self-leadership, positive psychological capital, and career anxiety of a Taekwondo student, leads to positive psychological capital and career anxiety. The result suggests the need for establishing education and training programs on self-leadership, which is more useful for Taekwondo students and utilizing and applying such training in actual educational settings.

이 연구는 셀프리더십과 긍정심리자본, 그리고 진로불안 간에 이루어지는 구조적 관계 규명을 통해 태권도 전공 대학생들에게 있어 보다 유용한 진로불안 완화 및 중재 방안 모색에 대한 실효성 높은 기초 자료를 제공하는데 구체적인 목적이 있다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 본문에서는 2024년 기준 태권도 전공 대학생들을 모집단으로 선정하여 자료(최종 203부)를 수집하였고, 이후 SPSS(28.0)과 AMOS(21.0)을 이용하여 빈도분석, Cronbach's alpha 산출, 상관 분석, 측정모형 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형, 부트스트래핑 등을 시행하였다. 분석을 통해 태권도 전공생 개인의 셀프리 더십, 긍정심리자본, 진로불안 간의 단선적 인과관계 및 셀프리더십에서부터 긍정심리자본, 그리고 진로불안으로 이어 지는 간접효과의 유의성을 확인하였고, 이를 근거로 태권도 전공생들에게 보다 유용한 셀프리더십에 관한 교육 및 훈련 프로그램을 마련하고, 이를 실제 교육 현장에서 활용 및 적용해야 함을 제안하였다.
