The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between passion, immersion, and aesthetic happiness of hula dance participants. In order to achieve the research objectives, a survey was conducted on 250 participants taking classes at hula dance education centers and educational studios located in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and Jeonbuk region. For data processing, the following research results were derived using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 20.0. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 1, it was found that obsessive passion and harmony passion had a positive effect on cognitive commitment, and obsessive passion and harmony passion were found to have a positive effect on behavioral commitment. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2, it was found that obsessive passion and harmony passion had a positive effect on psychological happiness. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 3, it was found that cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment had a positive effect on psychological happiness.

본 연구의 목적은 훌라댄스 참여자의 열정, 몰입, 심리적 행복감 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울, 수도권 및 전북지역에 소재한 훌라댄스 교육원 및 교육스튜디오에서 훌라댄스를 수강하는 참여자 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 20.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 활용하여 다음과 같이 연구결과를 도출하였다. 가설1. ‘훌라댄스 참여자의 열정은 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다.’의 검증결과 강박열정, 조화열정은 인지몰입에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강박열정과 조화열정은 행위몰입에도 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가설2. ‘훌라댄스 참여자 의 열정은 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다.’의 검증결과 강박열정, 조화열정은 심리적 행복감에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가설3. ‘훌라댄스 참여자의 몰입은 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다.’의 검증결과 인지몰입과 행위몰입은 심리적 행복감에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
