This study comprehensively analyzes the impact of digital tools on academic achievement and motor performance in physical education, and aims to present specific educational effects and practical applications. The introduction of digital tools contributes to the qualitative improvement of physical education, positively influencing students' learning motivation, engagement, motor skill acquisition, and physical fitness. Innovative tools such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) were found to enhance students' motor skills and physical fitness, while gamified learning tools like Kahoot! and Quizizz effectively promoted student participation and motivation. The results highlight the importance of strengthening teachers' digital competencies and providing appropriate educational environments. Additionally, the study underscores the need for further research to verify the long-term effects of digital tools in various educational contexts. Future studies should track the effects of digital tools in physical education across different sports and student groups.

본 연구는 디지털 도구가 체육 교육에서 학습 성취도와 운동 수행 능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 분석하 고, 이에 대한 구체적인 교육적 효과와 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구는 디지털 도구의 도입이 체육 교육의 질적 향상 에 기여하며, 이를 통해 학생들의 학습 동기, 몰입도, 운동 기술 습득 및 체력 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하 였다. 특히, 가상 현실(VR), 증강 현실(AR) 등 혁신적인 도구들이 학생들의 운동 기술 향상과 체력 증진에 기여하며, Kahoot!, Quizizz와 같은 게임화된 학습 도구는 학습 참여와 동기를 유발하는 데 효과적이었다. 연구의 결과는 체육 교사 들의 디지털 역량 강화와 적절한 교육 환경이 중요함을 시사하며, 디지털 도구의 장기적인 효과 검증 및 다양한 교육 환경 에서의 연구 필요성을 제기한다. 후속 연구에서는 디지털 도구를 활용한 체육 수업의 효과를 다양한 체육 종목과 학생군에 서 추적 조사하는 것이 필요하다.
