The purpose of this paper is to verify the effectiveness of nanodigree, an alternative curriculum, among the paradigm shifts in the university curriculum that are changing due to various factors. The results of this study indicate, As a result of this study, it was found that revitalizing nanodigree requires expanding field-oriented programs related to job creation and start-ups. To achieve this, it is necessary to enhance field-linked projects, provide feedback and coaching from industry experts, and operate a curriculum that continuously reflects corporate and industrial trends. Second,it was found that the promotion of nano-degree should be done effectively. This is due to the result that in the case of domestic universities, students' awareness of nano-degree is insufficient, and the objectives and goals of nano-degree in universities are not communicated to students. Therefore, various strategies should be devised to clearly promote the objectives of nano-degree educational programs to students. Finally, it is necessary to improve the understanding of professors who operate nanodigree programs. To achieve this, changes such as increasing awareness of nanodigree education, acquiring new educational methods, and improving student performance evaluation methods should be implemented.

본 논문은 다양한 요인으로 변화되는 대학 교육과정 패러다임 변화 중 대안 교육과정인 나노디그리의 효 과성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 기존 국내·외 대학들에게서 도입이 활발히 이루어지는 나노디그리의 효과 향상을 위한 도입 방안의 우선순위 도출하고 대학들의 특성에 맞는 방안 마련을 위해 전문가-학습자 관점에 서 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 나노디그리 활성화를 위해서는 취․창업 관련 현장 중심 프로그램을 확대해야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 위해 현장 연계 프로젝트, 현장 전문가의 피드백과 코칭을 확대하며, 기 업 및 산업 트렌드를 지속적으로 반영한 교육과정을 운영해야 한다는 것이다. 둘째, 나노디그리에 대한 홍보가 중 요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 국내 대학의 경우 나노디그리에 대한 학생의 인식이 부족하여, 대학내 나노디 그리의 목적과 목표가 학생들에게 전달되지 않는다는 결과에서 기인한다. 따라서 학생들에게 나노디그리 교육과정 에 대한 목표를 명확히 홍보할 수 있는 다양한 방안 도출이 있어야 한다. 마지막으로 나노디그리를 운영하는 교수 들의 이해도를 높일 필요가 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서는 나노디그리 교육 의식화 및 신규 교육 방법 습득, 학생성 과평가 방법 개선 등의 변화가 있어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
