[Purpose] Match, which can be said to be the core product of sports, are recognized as a product through mutual competition and appear to increase the value of the product by maintaining competitive balance. Under this circumstance, unwritten rules are being followed along with codified rules so as not to undermine the framework of matches. However, there are problems such as communication problems and retaliation related to unwritten rules, but research on this is a limitation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to exploratory analyze the unwritten rules that are kept during sporting events through the iceberg model, which is suggested in connection with conflict in the realm of peace. [Method] For analysis, a qualitative research method was approached, and data were collected by a literature search method targeting the paper articles of newspapers. The collected data were analyzed through categorization and itemization based on content analysis. [Results] Looking at the results, it was confirmed that the unwritten rules that are not codified in various sports are being followed. The subjects for which the unwritten rules are observed were the opposing team or opponents, inside and outside the team. Moreover, it was found that many unwritten rules are kept in comparison with other sports in baseball. [Conclusion] By reducing negative aspects such as retaliation, which are negative aspects caused by unwritten rules, and making efforts to codify necessary parts, it is possible to make for real competition in a stable situation for players.

[목적] 스포츠의 핵심상품이라 할 수 있는 경기는 상호 간의 경쟁을 통해 하나의 상품으로 인정받고, 경쟁균형 유지 를 통해 상품의 가치를 높이기 위한 모습이 나타난다. 이런 상황에서 경기의 틀을 훼손하지 않기 위한 성문화된 규 칙과 함께 불문율도 따르고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 불문율에 대한 의사소통 문제와 함께 보복 등의 문제점이 발 생하고 있지만 관련된 연구는 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 평화영역의 갈등과 연계된 빙산모형을 바탕으로 스포츠 경기 중 지켜지는 불문율을 탐색적으로 분석하는 것이다. [방법] 분석을 위해 질적연구방법으로 접근하였고, 문헌조사방법을 활용하여 신문사의 지면기사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 내용분석 기반의 범주 화 및 항목화를 통해 분석하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면 각종 스포츠에서 성문화되지 않은 불문율이 지켜지 고 있는 것으로 확인됐다. 불문율이 지켜지는 대상은 팀구성원 간, 상대선수 및 상대팀 간, 팀구성원과 외부주체 간, 기타로 확인되었다. 또한, 야구는 다른 스포츠에 비해 불문율이 많이 지켜지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 불문율 로 인해 발생하는 부정적인 측면인 보복 등의 부정적인 측면을 줄이고, 필요한 부분을 성문화하려는 노력을 통해 선 수들이 안정적인 상황에서 진정한 경쟁을 할 수 있는 바탕을 마련할 수 있다.
