Objectives The purpose of this study is to derive implications for the use of artificial intelligence for convergence art education by analyzing the current status and teaching and learning methods of domestic convergence art education using artificial intelligence. Methods To this end, data collection was selected a total of 25 studies that clearly presented teaching and learning methods by searching artificial intelligence-related studies in the field of convergence arts education among papers published in domestic journals by June 2024 using the database of the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) and the Korean Journal Citation Index (KCI). The data analysis was categorized and analyzed based on the publication year, educational subjects, convergence subjects, teaching and learning methods, AI learning tools, and educational effect through literature analysis. Results As a result of the analysis, first, the number of artificial intelligence -related studies in convergence art education was 25 from 2017 to June 2024, which is gradually increasing according to the recent changes in education. Second, new attempts were being made for elementary school students, middle school students, and college students as the subject of education. Third, the convergence subject had a lot of convergence with art, design, and music. Fourth, the teaching and learning method was centered on 'Experience/Practice' and 'Project-Based Learning' for creation, presentation, and appreciation. Fifth, it was possible to confirm high interest in visual images such as image generation, VR, AR of AI learning tools. Sixth, the educational effect was found to be effective in improving creativity and thinking ability. Conclusions Artificial intelligence is changing the way art is created and enjoyed, and it has a direct impact on the teaching and learning methods of art education, so in-depth discussions are needed.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 융합예술교육 분야의 인공지능 활용 현황과 교수학습방법을 분석하여 융합예 술교육을 위한 인공지능 활용의 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)와 한국 학술지인용색인(KCI)의 데이터베이스를 활용하여 융합예술교육 분야의 인공지능 관련 연구 총 25편을 선 정하고, 이를 대상으로 게재연도, 교육대상, 융합 교과, 교수학습방법, AI 학습 도구, 교육 효과를 중심으 로 범주화하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 융합예술교육에서 인공지능 관련 연구는 2017년부터 2024년 6월까지 25편으로 최근 교육의 변화에 따라 점차 증가하고 있으나 인공지능 기술의 발전 속도에 비해 충 분한 논의가 이루어지지 못한 실정이다. 둘째, 교육대상별 분석 결과는 초등학생, 중학생, 대학생, 고등학 생, 교사/예비교사, 성인 순으로 나타났으며, 초등학생과 중학생을 대상으로 새로운 시도가 이루어지고 있 으며 대학에서도 변화에 대응하기 위한 시도가 이루어지고 있었다. 셋째, 융합 교과별 분석 결과는 인공 지능과 예술의 융합이 가장 많았고, 인공지능과 예술과 타 교과의 융합, 인공지능과 예술 간 융합의 순으 로 나타났으며 미술, 디자인, 음악과의 융합이 많았다. 넷째, 교수학습방법별로는 예술의 표현/창작, 발표/ 공연, 감상/비평을 위해 인공지능 도구를 적용해 보는 ‘체험/실습’, 예술창작, 발표, 감상의 과정을 학 습자 주도적으로 구현할 수 있는 ‘프로젝트 기반 학습’을 중심으로 이루어지고 있었다. 다섯째, AI 학 습 도구는 기능별로 이미지 생성/디자인, 가상현실/증강현실, 소셜/협업 플랫폼, 프로그래밍/코딩, 대화형 챗봇, 음악/작곡 순으로 나타났으며, 특히 이미지 생성, 가상현실(VR), 증강현실(AR) 등 시각적 이미지에 대한 높은 관심과 교육적 적용을 확인할 수 있었다. 여섯째, 교육 효과는 창의성과 사고력 향상에 효과적 인 것으로 나타났다. 인공지능은 예술창작과 향유 방식에 변화를 일으키고 있으며 이는 예술교육의 교수 학습방법에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 이에 대한 심도 있는 논의가 필요하다.
