The Jeju Teaching and Learning Platform, a public education-centered digital teaching and learning platform, is set to be introduced. This platform is based on the AI-based Personalized Teaching and Learning Platform, which is being jointly developed by education offices. Furthermore, digital-based blended integrated class support services will be provided to enhance teachers’ educational innovation competency. To successfully implement this public education-centered digital teaching and learning platform, research on the basic direction of platform construction is essential. Therefore, to explore effective utilization strategies for the Jeju Teaching and Learning Platform, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the needs of teachers. Additionally, to identify specialized educational services for Jeju, I examined essential blended integrated teaching support services needed in the Jeju education field. Finally, I proposed practical construction directions for the Jeju Teaching and Learning Platform.

공교육 중심 디지털 교수학습플랫폼인 ‘제주형 교수학습플랫폼’이 현장에 도입될 예정이다. ‘제주형 교수학습 플랫폼’은 11개 시・도 교육청이 공동으로 개발하고 있는 ‘AI 맞춤형 교수학습플랫폼’을 기반으로 한다. 또한 교 원의 교육혁신 역량을 지원할 수 있도록 디지털 기반 블렌디드 통합 수업 지원 서비스가 제공된다. 이에 공교육 중심 디지털 교수학습플랫폼이 성공적으로 도입될 수 있도록 플랫폼 구축 기본 방향에 대한 연구가 필요한 상황 이다. 연구자는 교원의 교육혁신 역량을 지원하는 ‘제주형 교수학습플랫폼’의 효과적인 활용 방안을 탐색하기 위 하여 현장 교원의 요구를 종합적으로 분석하였다. 나아가 시·도 공동개발 플랫폼과 연계될 제주 지역의 특화 서 비스를 발굴하기 위하여 제주 교육 현장에 꼭 필요한 블렌디드 통합 수업 지원 서비스를 탐색하는 연구를 수행 하였다. 이를 기반으로 ‘제주형 교수학습플랫폼’의 실질적인 구축 방향을 제안하였다.
