The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of environmental uncertainty and absorption capabilities of technology start-up companies on technology development capabilities. In addition, it was to confirm the moderating effect of entrepreneurship in the relationship between environmental uncertainty and absorption capability and technology development capability. To this end, this study established four hypotheses, and selected technology-innovative SMEs (Inno-Biz companies) as sample companies. After distributing 1,000 questionnaires to members working in the metropolitan area from these sample companies, 295 copies were collected anonymously. 279 questionnaires were used for hypothesis testing, excluding 16 cases in which the responses were unfaithful or omitted. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, environmental uncertainty was found to have a positive effect on technology development capability. Second, it was found that absorption capability had a positive effect on technology development capability. Finally, it was confirmed that entrepreneurship strengthens technology development capability and plays a moderating role in the relationship between environmental uncertainty and technology development capability and absorption capability and technology development capability. It presents some implications that can be applied in the business environment of technology start-up companies. First, companies need to increase the technology development capabilities of organizational members to strengthen their competitiveness due to uncertainty in the business environment. Second, the CEO of a company needs to promote effective policies to strengthen the individual capabilities of the members of the organization in a rapidly changing business environment, and finally, in order to strengthen the innovation capabilities for the sustainable growth of the company, it is necessary to encourage and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit to utilize expertise and improve creativity.

본 연구는 기술창업기업의 환경불확실성과 흡수역량이 기술개발능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하 고자 하였다. 또한, 환경불확실성 및 흡수역량과 기술개발능력과의 관계에서 창업가정신의 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 4개의 가설을 설정하였으며, 기술혁신형 중소기업(Inno-Biz기업)을 표본기업으로 선정하였다. 이들 표본기업에서 수도권에 근무하고 있는 구성원을 대상으로 1,000부의 설문지를 배포 후 무기명으로 295부를 수집하였다. 응답이 불성실하거나 누락된 16건을 제외한 279부의 설문지를 가설검증에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경불확실성은 기술개발능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 둘째, 흡수역량은 기술개발능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 창업가정신이 환경불확실성과 기술개발능력 그리고 흡수역량과 기술개발능력 간 의 관계에서 기술개발능력을 강화시키며, 조절역할을 한다는 것을 확인하였다. 기술창업기업 의 경영환경에서 적용할 수 있는 몇 가지 시사점을 제시한다. 첫째, 기업에서는 경영 환경의 불확실성으로 인한 경쟁력 강화를 위해 조직구성원의 기술개발 능력을 증대시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기업의 최고경영자는 급속히 변화하는 경영환경에서 조직구성원들의 개인적인 역량 강화를 위한 효과적인 정책을 추진할 필요가 있으며, 마지막으로, 기업의 지속성장을 위한 혁신역량을 강화하기 위해선 전문 지식의 활용과 창의성 향상을 위해 창업가정신을 독려하고 강화할 필요가 있다.
