This study was conducted to analyze the effects of life stress, self-esteem, and resilience on the psychological well-being of nursing students. Data collection for the study took place from December 1 to December 30, 2023, and involved 224 nursing students located in J City. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 27.0, employing frequency analysis, means and standard deviations, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that life stress (β=-.13, p<.05), self-esteem (β=.43, p<.001), and resilience (β=.39, p<.001) collectively explained 67.0% of the variance in psychological well-being. This indicates that lower life stress, higher self-esteem, and greater resilience positively influence the psychological well-being of nursing students. Based on these findings, it is necessary to develop and implement a systematic management program that offers a variety of curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance the psychological well-being of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 생활스트레스, 자아존중감 및 회복탄력성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 분석 하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구의 자료수집 기간은 2023년 12월 1일부터 12월 30일까지이며, 연구 대상자는 J시에 위치 한 간호대학생 224명을 대상으로 하였다. 통계는 SPSS/WIN 27.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 간호대학생의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 생활스트레스(β=.-13, p<.05), 자아존중감(β=.43, p<.001), 회복탄력성(β=.39, p<.001), 이 변수들은 심리적 안녕감을 67.0% 설명하는 것 으로 나타났다. 즉, 생활스트레스가 적고, 자아존중감과 회복탄력성이 높을수록 간호대학생의 심리적 안녕감에 긍 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 간호대학생들의 심리적 안녕감 증진을 위한 교과와 비교과 프로그램을 다양하게 운영하고 관리할 수 있는 체계적인 관리프로그램을 마련할 필요가 있다.
