Online game addiction has become an significant factor hindering the healthy development of Chinese adolescents. This study aims to explore the changing topics in literature focused on the internet game addiction among young people in China, with the intention of proposing directions for academic focus and policy enactment. Using 781 articles published between 2001-2024 articles retrieved from the China Network Database. Using CiteSpace software, this study comprehensively reviews the development history, hot topics, and trends in research on online game addiction among Chinese adolescents from two dimensions: external characteristics (annual publication volume and research power distribution) and internal characteristics (keyword co-occurrence, clustering, timeline, and emergent themes). The research shows that the number of publications on online game addiction among Chinese adolescents has been steadily increasing; however, academic exchange between authors and research institutions needs to be strengthened. The hot topics include the current status and regulation of online games, causes of addiction, characterization of student groups, and clinical research. The future trend points towards a multidimensional framework for studying online game addiction. These findings provide a clear direction for subsequent studies and highlight the need to strengthen the academic exchange between authors and research institution. Additionally, they contribtue to the development of scientific research on online game additin among Chinese adolescence and provide evidence to support the enactment of new policy.

온라인 게임 중독은 중국 청소년들의 건강한 발전을 저해하는 중요한 요소로 떠오른 다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 청소년들의 인터넷 게임 중독과 관련한 문헌에서 다루는 주제의 발전 과정을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 학술 연구와 정책 수립에 대한 방향성을 제시 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 2001년부터 2024년 까지 중국 지망 데이터베이스에 수록된 관 련 문헌 781편을 분석에 대한 자료로 사용하였다. 그리고 CiteSpace 소프트웨어를 통해, 문헌의 외부 특징(연간 발표 논문과 연구 주제의 분포) 및 문헌에 기록된 내부 특징(키 워드 교차, 군집성, 타임라인, 등장 주제)의 두 가지 차원에서 중국 청소년 온라인 게임 중독 연구의 발전 과정, 핵심 주제 및 추세를 전반적으로 정리하였다. 연구 결과에 따르 면 중국 청소년 온라인 게임 중독에 대한 연구 논문에 대한 발표가 지속적으로 증가하 고 있다; 그러나 저자와 연구기관 간의 학술적 교류가 강화될 필요가 있다.; 주요 핵심 주제는 온라인 게임의 현황과 조정, 중독의 원인, 학생 집단의 특징과 이에 대한 해결책 을 다룬 연구를 포함한다; 향후 발전 방향은 다차원적인 온라인 게임 중독 연구에 관한 부분이다. 이러한 연구결과는 후속 연구에 대한 미래적 시각을 제공을 하며 저자와 연 구 기관 간의 학술적 교류가 강화될 필요가 있음을 보여준다. 또한, 중국 청소년 온라인 게임 중독 연구의 발전뿐 아니라, 이를 위한 정책수립에도 대한 필요한 근거가 될 수 있다.

网络游戏成瘾已成为阻碍中国青少年健康发展的重要因素. 本研究旨在探讨中国青少年 网络游戏成瘾相关文献主题的发展历程, 从而为学术研究和政策制定指明方向. 本研究利 用2001年至2024年间中国知网数据库中收录的781篇相关文献作为分析数据. 通过CiteSpace 软件, 从文献的外部特征(年度发文量和研究力量分布)以及内部特征(关键词共现、聚类、 时间线、突现)两个维度, 全面梳理了中国青少年网络游戏成瘾研究的发展历程、热点主 题及趋势. 研究表明, 中国青少年网络游戏成瘾的研究发文量持续增长；但作者与研究机 构间的学术交流有待加强；热点主题包括网络游戏的现状与调控、成瘾成因、学生群体特 质表征及临床研究；未来发展的趋势是多维度的网络游戏成瘾研究体系. 这些研究结果为 后续研究提供了前沿视角, 同时表明作者与研究机构间的学术交流有待加强. 此外, 不仅 有助于中国青少年网络游戏成瘾研究的发展, 也为相关政策的制定提供了必要的依据.
