The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediated moderating effects of GRIT in the relation of youth workers' occupational stress and career resilience on organizational commitment. The subjects of this study were 349 youth workers working in youth activity facilities and youth institutions in Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions. The period of this study is from March to April 2023. The results derived from this study are as follows. First, the analysis of the effect of job stress on organizational commitment among youth workers revealed that the job stress perceived by youth workers significantly influences their organizational commitment. Specifically, as the level of job stress increases, the level of organizational commitment decreases. Second, an analysis of the mediating effect of career resilience between job stress and organizational commitment among youth workers confirmed that career resilience, as perceived by youth workers, mediates the relationship between job stress and organizational commitment. This implies that job stress not only directly effects organizational commitment but also indirectly influences it through career resilience. Third, the analysis of the moderating effect of GRIT on the relationship between career resilience and organizational commitment among youth workers showed that GRIT significantly effects the relationship between job stress and career resilience. In other words, as youth workers perceive higher levels of job stress, their organizational commitment tends to decrease, but GRIT plays a mitigating role in this process.
