It appears that the school's satisfaction with the school violence investigation officer system, which has been in effect since March this year, is not high. As a factor of dissatisfaction at the school site, the professionalism and fairness of preparing a case report did not meet expectations, and the response was that the effect of reducing work was not significant because all preparations and procedures were still the responsibility of the school to conduct the investigation. More important than the implementation of the new system was the fundamental question about the subject and nature of the school violence case. There were many opinions that it is desirable for the school to handle the school violence case based on the grand principle of restorative life guidance and receive external assistance if necessary. There were many opinions that support such as manpower recruitment for school violence, relationship recovery, and conflict management specialized resources was needed to strengthen the school-led ability to handle cases. 올해 3월부터 시행된 학교폭력 전담조사관제에 대한 일선현장의 만 족도는 높지 않은 것으로 나타난다. 학교현장의 불만족 요소로는 사안 조사서 작성의 전문성과 공정성이 기대에 미치지 못하고 조사를 함에 있어 제반 준비사항과 처리절차는 여전히 학교의 몫이라서 업무 경감 효과가 크지 않다는 반응이다. 새로운 제도의 시행보다 더 중요한 것 은 학폭사안처리의 주체와 성격에 관한 근본적인 물음이었다. 학폭사 안도 회복적 생활지도라는 대원칙에 입각하여 학교가 처리하고 필요시 외부의 조력을 받는 것이 바람직하다는 의견이 그것이다. 관건은 학교 의 교육력 회복에 있는바 학교주도의 사안처리 역량을 강화하기 위해 학폭업무인력충원, 관계회복 및 갈등관리 전문 재원 등의 지원이 필요 하다는 의견이 많았다. 학폭의 문제는 학교문화와 특수성이 반영된 처 리 절차가 요구된다고 하겠다.
