This article is a reread of Debate of Human-mind and Moral-mind, which accounts for most of Sung Hon's research. Since I had presented Sung Hon's Neo-Confucianism once in 2013, this time I wanted to check how his argument changed during the debate process and, in particular, what his intention was for that change. And through this, it was hoped that the identity of the philosophy he was pursuing could also be confirmed. As a result, The Unified Manifestation of Li and Qi is the same emotional mechanism, ①Depending on where the source of the expression is placed when the emotion is expressed, there is a distinction between 'Ju-Li(centering principal)' and 'Ju-Qi(centering matter- energy)', ②Since the source of this distinction is already at the Pre-Intelligent stage, ③It can be seen that 'Li's Supervisory Power' and 'Study of Self-Cultivation of Pre-Intelligent state were recognized as important to control 'Qi's Activated state of mind' in advance. Through this, it is judged that Seoong Hon understood the human mind and nature unilaterally. The mind and emotion appear on both sides, like the relationship between good and evil, that is, evil is a logic that originates from good. Therefore, Seven Emotions and Human-mind believed that it was not absolute evil, but an Excess or Deficiency, and therefore that it could be made good by human efforts. This belief provided the reason for the metaphysical ‘Ought’ to do the physical ‘Learning of everydayness’.
