This study exams to investigate the moderating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between job stress and burnout among workers of elder protection agency. Based on this research’s results provides practical and policy implications for workers of elder protection agency. Using purpose sampling method, the survey was conducted to target workers of elder protection agency from March to July in 2023. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that there was a difference in workers of elder protection agency according to general characteristics such as occupational status, age and number of monthly case. Second, as a result of correlation analysis, job stress showed a positive correlation with burnout and self-efficacy showed a negative correlation with burnout. Third, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect of social support, it was confirmed that self-efficacy had a moderating effect in the relationship between job stress and burnout. Finally

본 연구의 목적은 노인보호전문기관 종사자의 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향 에서 자기 효능감의 조절 효과를 규명하여 그 결과를 토대로 노인보호전문기관 종사자 에 대한 직무스트레스를 경감시킬 수 있는 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 제공하고자 하였 다. 본 연구 조사는 의도적 표본추출방법을 이용하여 2023년 3월부터 2023년 7월까지 전국노인보호전문기관 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 노인보호전문기관 종사자 204명을 대상으로 통계 분석을 실시 하였다. 본 연구 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 연구참여자의 고용 형 태, 연령대 및 월평균 사례 건수에 따라 소진의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상 관분석 결과 직무스트레스는 소진과 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 자기효 능감은 소진과 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 직무스트레스와 소진 간 의 관계에서 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
