This current study was conducted to systematically analyze research trends in psychotherap y and arts group therapy programs for substance abuse and addiction rehabilitation of dome stic adolescents and suggest future research directions. Therefore, this study performed a systematic literature review of 47 clinical studies conducted in Korea since 1997. The main research results are as follows. First, previous studies on psychological and arts group therapy programs for adolescent substance abuse rehabilitation have been conducted consi stently since 1997. Still, the number has gradually decreased since 2010, and most publish ed articles are master's degree theses. The common number of program sessions ranged from 5 to 10, and most studies were conducted in the metropolitan area. Second, the major ity of previous studies were conducted on male adolescents and the least on female adoles cents, and most studies dealt with adolescent substance abuse rehabilitation targeted high school students. Third, most topics of the studies were focused on smoking research, the least studied area of substance abuse was alcohol. A quantitative research design to exami ne pre-and post-effect on program was used most frequently. Fourth, group programs for adolescent substance abuse rehabilitation have been more actively implemented in the field of psychotherapy than in the field of arts therapy. In the field of psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy was the most frequently used theory. In the fields arts therapy, art thera py was the most common intervention. Finally, regarding research topics and variables, mos t studies were on improving substance use problem behavior. Based on these research results, we discussed the direction of follow-up research on psychological and arts therapy programs for promoting rehabilitation youth with substance abuse in Korea.

본 연구는 국내 청소년들의 물질 남용 재활을 위한 심리치료 및 예술 집단치료프로그램 연구 동향을 체계적으로 분석하고 향후 연구 방향성을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 1997년 이후 국내에서 시행된 47편의 임상 연구들에 대해 체계적 문헌 고찰을 수행하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소 년의 물질 남용 재활에 대한 심리 및 예술 집단치료프로그램에 관한 선행 연구들은 1997년부터 꾸준히 실시됐지 만 2010년도 이후부터 점차 그 수가 감소하였으며, 발간된 논문 대다수가 석사학위 논문들이고, 프로그램 회기 수는 5회 이상 10회 이하로 실시한 연구들이 가장 많았으며, 대부분의 연구는 서울 및 수도권에 편중되어 있었다. 둘째, 선행연구들은 남자 청소년들을 대상으로 진행한 문헌이 가장 많았고 여자 청소년들을 대상으로 연구한 문헌이 가장 적었으며, 대부분의 연구들은 고등학생들을 대상으로 진행되었음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 국내 청소년 대상 물질남용 재활연구들에서 가장 많이 다룬 물질은 니코틴이었으며, 선행 연구들에서 가장 적게 다뤄진 물질은 알코올이었고, 프로그램 실시 전-후 효과성을 검증하는 양적 연구 설계가 가장 빈번하게 사용되었다. 넷째, 청소 년의 물질남용재활을 위한 집단프로그램들은 예술치료분야보다 심리치료분야에서 더 활발히 수행되어왔으며, 심리치료분야에서 가장 많이 활용된 이론은 인지행동치료로, 예술치료분야에서 가장 많이 활용된 개입은 미술치 료인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 연구 주제 및 변인에 있어 물질사용관련 문제행동 개선에 관한 연구가 가장 많이 수행됨을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 물질남용 청소년의 재활을 도모하는 심리 및 예술 치료 프로그램 연구의 후속연구 방향성에 대해 논의하였다.
