“Why didn’t the Only-begotten Daughter appear at the same time as Jesus?” This paper aims to find answers to this question. I would like to bring out all the possibilities we can think of. They can be considered the following four possibilities. The first one is that “there was a way for the providence centered on Jesus to be accomplished without the appearance of the OBD.” The second one is that “the OBD was born at the same time as Jesus, but her existence was not revealed due to her failure to fulfill her responsibility as the OBD.” The third one is that “even though God planned to give birth to the OBD at the same time as Jesus, God failed to carry out that plan.” The fourth one is that “God intentionally planned to give birth to the OBD in a different era than Jesus.” According to True Mother’s words, nevertheless God planned to give birth to the OBD at the same time as Jesus, the Only-begotten Son, God failed to carry it out. The reason is that Mary, the mother of Jesus, failed to fulfill her responsibility. On the other hand, God also had foreseen to some extent that he would not be able to give birth to the OBD at the same time as Jesus, so God chose the Korean people and raised them quietly.

‘왜 예수와 동시대에 독생녀가 출현하지 않았을까?’ 본 연구는 이러한 물음에 대한 해답을 모색하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 놓고 최대한 시야를 넓혀서 우리가 생각할 수 있는 모든 가능성 을 꺼내보고자 하는데, 여러 가능성들을 조금 단순화해서 정리해보면 다음의 네 가지로 압축된 다. 첫 번째 가능성은 ‘예수를 중심한 섭리가 독생녀의 출현 없이도 성사되는 길이 있었을 경우’다. 두 번째 가능성은 ‘예수와 동시대에 독생녀가 탄생하기는 했지만, 독생녀로서 책임을 다하지 못함으로써 그 존재가 드러나지 않았을 경우’다. 세 번째 가능성은 ‘하늘부모님이 예수 와 동시대에 독생녀를 탄생시키려고 계획하셨지만, 그 계획을 이행하지 못하셨을 경우’다. 네 번째 가능성은 ‘하늘부모님이 예수와 다른 시대에 독생녀를 탄생시키려고 계획하셨을 경우’ 다. 참어머님 말씀에 따르면, 하늘부모님은 예수와 동시대에 독생녀를 탄생시킬 것을 계획하셨 으나 그것을 이행하지 못하셨다. 그 이유는 예수의 모친인 마리아가 책임을 다하지 못했기 때문이다. 그리고 또 한편으로 하늘부모님은 그 이전부터 독생자와 동시대에 독생녀를 탄생시 키지 못하실 것을 어느 정도 예견하셔서, 한민족을 또 다른 선민으로 택하여 조용히 길러 나오셨다.
