In the Cheon Il Guk era, the sayings and works of True Mother, the only-begotten daughter who is the “Substantial Holy Spirit,” call for a systematic and deeper True Parents’ theological explanation and understanding of the “Substantial Holy Spirit” and the concept of “Holy Spirit” itself. Therefore, this paper focuses on the “Substantial Holy Spirit” that has emerged as True Mother’s title in the Cheon Il Guk era and compiles basic issues to explore its theological meaning. The title of God, Holy Father, which is the core of Christian belief, was modified to the title of Heavenly Parent in the Cheon Il Guk era due to the incompleteness of the revelation. Similarly, from the perspective of True Parents’ theology in the Cheon Il Guk era, it can be seen that the terms Holy Son and Holy Spirit are not balanced and conceptually harmonious in light of the eternal relationship between Heavenly Parents and True Parents and the symmetry of the Principle of Creation. Therefore, it is time to evaluate Trinitarianism and the titles of each Persona as a processual theology of an incomplete stage of revelation from the perspective of True Parents’ theology, and to converge anew with names and concepts that are more in line with True Parents’ theology. This is especially pertinent in the case of the Holy Spirit, which should be reinterpreted through the ‘Theory of the God and Human Beings United in Love’.

천일국시대 ‘실체성령’으로 호명되는 독생녀 참어머님의 말씀과 역사는 ‘실체성령’, 나아가 ‘성령’ 개념 자체에 대한 체계적이고 더 깊은 참부모신학적 설명과 이해를 요청하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 천일국시대 참어머님의 존칭으로 대두한 ‘실체성령’에 주목하여, 그 신학적 의미를 탐구하기 위한 기초 과제를 정리하였다. 기독교신관의 핵심인 성부라는 용어는 그 계시의 불완전성에 의해 천일국말씀을 통해서 하늘 부모님이라는 칭호로 수정되었다. 마찬가지로, 천일국시대 참부모신학의 관점에서 성자와 성령 은 하늘부모님과 천지인참부모님의 영원한 관계와 창조원칙의 대칭성으로 볼 때 균형이 맞지 않고 개념상 조화도 적절하지 않음을 확인할 수 있다. 그러므로 이제 삼위일체론과 각 위격의 명칭은 참부모신학의 관점에서 불완전한 계시단계의 과정적인 신학으로 평가하고, 향후 ‘신인애 일체론’에 의해 보다 참부모신학에 정합적인 명칭과 개념으로 새롭게 수렴시켜 가야 할 것이다.
