As many universities in Korea are providing maker education through makerspaces, research will be needed to improve the quality of makerspace education services. Accordingly, a study was conducted to determine the impact of technology entrepreneurship education service quality on psychological satisfaction, economic satisfaction, and recommendation intention among domestic university makerspace users. The following implications were confirmed through this study. Professors and instructors at institutions that operate maker spaces must allocate sufficient training time to provide technical professional consultation for the implementation of prototypes in the field of technology start-ups and to enable educators and users to use the equipment, and personal creation rather than the exterior and interior of educational facilities. Practice space will need to be provided. In addition, the person in charge of running the maker space must proactively and interestedly solve problems when users have problems and communicate smoothly with users. The operating hours of the administrative office should take into account the convenience of users in using the equipment, and the educational service delivery process should be standardized.

국내 많은 대학에서 메이커스페이스를 통해 메이커 교육를 운영하고 있어, 메이커스페이스의 교육 서비스 품질을 향상하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다. 이에 국내 대학 메이커스페이스 이용자를 대상으로 기술창업 교육 서비스 품질이 심리 적 만족, 경제적 만족, 추천 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 시사점을 확인하였다. 메이커스페이스를 운영하는 기관의 교수 및 강사진은 기술 창업 분야의 시제품 구현을 위한 기술적인 전문 상담 과 메이커스페이스 이용자의 장비 사용을 위한 충분한 교육 시간을 배분해 주어야 하며, 교육시설 외관 인테리어보다는 개인 적인 제작 실습 공간을 제공해야 할 것이다. 또한, 메이커스페이스를 운영하는 담당자는 이용자에게 문제가 있을 때 적극적인 자세로 문제를 해결하기 위하여 노력해야 하고, 이용자들과 원활하게 의사소통을 해야 할 것이다. 행정사무실은 이용자들이 장비를 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 운영되어야 하며 교육 서비스 전달 과정은 표준화 되어 있어야 할 것이다.
