This study aimed to utilize the results of S-PBL student self-evaluation as basic data for curriculum reform. The research method used a structured questionnaire to verify the effectiveness of two simulation packages(trauma and heart disease) implemented each semester. The analysis method was to obtain the mean value of each item through descriptive statistics, and the mean difference of the items between each of item on the packages was analyzed through independent test and paired sample t-test. The analysis results showed that although it was difficult to accept the lecture of theory, it was helpful for performing the simulation. The levels of learning satisfaction and academic achievement were to positive response rate of over 80 points. In addition Student expected fair participation rate of group members, consideration of individual participation rate, and the fair evaluation method of the instructors(include peer evaluation). In conclusion, it is necessary to consider developing an integrated theory and skills curriculum to efficiently implement simulation-problem based learning.

본 연구는 S-PBL 수강생 자가평가 결과를 교육과정 개편의 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구방법은 매 학기 각각 실시한 외상과 심장질환 시뮬레이션 패키지에 대한 교육 효과를 구조화된 설문지에 의해 도출하였으며, 분석방법은 각 문항의 평균값을 기술통계를 통해 구하였고, 각 패키지 간 문항의 평균 차이 검정을 독립 검정과 대응표본 t 검정을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 이론 강의의 수용이 어렵긴 했지만, 시뮬레이션 술기 수행에 도움이 되었으며, 증례별 학습 만족도, 학업 성취도에서 모두 80점 이상의 긍정적 응답비율을 보였다. 부가적으로 수강생들은 조원들 간의 공평한 참여 율과 개개인의 참여율 고려, 그리고 동료 평가를 포함한 교수자의 공정한 평가 방식을 기대하고 있었다. 결론적으로 시 뮬레이션 기반 문제중심학습의 효율적 시행을 위해 이론·술기 통합 교과목 개발을 고려할 필요가 있겠다.
