[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of stress, start-up risks, and the minimum wage increase on university students' entrepreneurial intention. [Methodology] For this purpose, a total of 237 questionnaires collected for two months were used to verify these relevance empirically through multiple regression analysis. [Findings] The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, the greater the employment stress of students, the higher the entrepreneurial intention. Second, the level of students' awareness of start-up risks has no statistically significant relevance to their entrepreneurial intention, but the higher the level of negative perception of start-up risks, the lower the entrepreneurial intention. Third, the minimum wage increase was perceived as a positive factor in the start-up in the case of students, which showed a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention depending on the size of the start-up especially, there was a difference in the impact of the rise in the minimum wage on the will to start a business. [Implications] It is expected that this study will contribute in that it empirically presented factors affecting university student start-ups.

[연구목적] 본 연구는 스트레스, 창업리스크, 그리고 최저임금인상이 대학생의 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분 석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. [연구방법] 이를 위해 4년제 대학생을 대상으로 2개월 간 회수한 총 237부의 설문지를 활용하여, 이들 간의 관련성을 다중회귀분석을 통해 실증적으로 검증하였다. [연구결과] 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 취업 스트레스가 클수록 창업의지는 높아지는 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 창업리스크에 대한 인식수준은 창업의지와 통계적으로 유의한 관련성이 없으나 자기효능감이 낮은 대학생 집단에서는 창업리스크에 대한 부정적 인식수준이 높을수록 창업의지가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 경우 최저임금인상을 창업에 있어 호재로 인식하여 창업의지에 긍정적인 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 창업규모에 따라 최저임금의 상승이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 대학생 취업이 갈수록 어려워지는 현 시점에서 대학생 창업에 영향을 미치는 요 인을 실증적으로 제시하였다는 점에서 공헌점이 있을 것으로 기대된다. 특히, 정부정책 방향에 따른 영향으로 최저임금인상이 대학생 창업에 미치는 영향을 처음으로 검증하였다는 점에서 선행연구와 차별성이 있을 것으 로 기대된다.
