The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between daycare center organizational culture and service quality. To verify the hypothesis of this study, a self-written questionnaire method was used for 257 daycare center teachers working in Gyeonggi-do, and multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Accordingly, the main results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that among the organizational cultures of daycare centers, relational culture and development culture had a positive (+) effect on service quality. Second, it was found that the job satisfaction of childcare teachers had a moderating effect on the effect of relational culture and development culture on service quality among the organizational cultures of daycare centers. Through the results of this study, it was possible to confirm an intervention strategy to improve the quality of childcare services by grasping the influence of the organizational culture of daycare centers on service quality and analyzing the moderating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship with these variables.

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 조직문화와 서비스 품질의 관계에서 직무만족의 조절효과를 살펴보 고자 함이다. 본 연구의 가설검증을 위해 경기도에 재직중인 어린이집 교사 257명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설 문방식을 활용하였으며, 다중회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집의 조직문화 중 관계문화와 개발문화는 서비스 품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 조직문화 중 관계문화와 개발문화가 서비스 품질에 미치는 영향에 서 보육교사의 직무만족은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 어린이집 조 직문화가 서비스 품질에 미치는 영향력을 파악하고 이들 변인과의 관계에서 직무만족의 조절효과를 분석함으로써 어린이집 보육서비스 품질을 향상시키기 위한 개입전략을 확인할 수 있었다.
