This study aimed to explore the areas of interest for occupational therapists through word cloud analysis and intended to actively utilize the findings for selecting future professional development topics and enhancing occupational therapy platforms. A survey was conducted from January to June 2023, targeting 209 occupational therapists actively engaged on therapy platforms. The results were analyzed through statistical and word cloud analysis. Wordcloud analysis of areas of interest revealed that occupational therapists showed significant interest in ‘Professional Therapy,’ ‘Self-Development,’ and ‘Building Healthy Habits.’ Categorizing these interests into eight categories and conducting frequency analysis, the top three terms were ‘Professional Therapy,’ ‘Self-Development,’ and ‘Health Management,’ indicating a high level of interest. Based on the study results, there is a need for future professional education and specialized courses in specific areas of occupational therapy. Additionally, occupational therapy platforms should consider organizing activities such as book clubs, writing groups, and exercise sessions to systematically support occupational therapists in their self-development efforts.

본 연구는 워드 클라우드를 통해 작업치료사의 관심 영역을 파악하고 추후 직무교육 주제 선정, 플랫폼 활성화 등에 적극 활용하고자 하였다. 2023년 1월부터 6월까지 작업치료사 플랫폼에서 활동 중인 209명을 대상으로 관심 영역에 대한 설문 을 실시하였다. 워드 클라우드 분석 결과 작업치료사들은 ‘전문치료사’와 ‘자기개발’, ‘좋은 습관 만들기’에 큰 관심을 갖 고 있으며 관심 영역을 8개의 카테고리로 묶어 빈도분석을 실시한 결과 상위 3개 용어는 ‘전문치료사’, ‘자기개발’, ‘건강 관리’ 이었다. 추후 작업치료의 세부 분야에 대한 직무교육 및 전문가 과정을 운영하고, 작업치료사 플랫폼에서는 독서 및 글쓰기, 운동 모임 등을 통해 작업치료사가 자기개발을 수행할 수 있도록 적절한 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.
