This paper is a study to explore educational plans for Generation Z education of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification. This paper began from the awareness of the issue that the faith education provided thus far by FFWPU has limitations in educating Generation Z who carry a new set of values. The characteristics of Generation Z are as follows. First, Generation Z are digital natives who grew up in an environment exposed to media from birth. Second, they are accustomed to being alone through the use of social media comments for fellowship. Rather than feeling a sense of belonging within a group, they prefer to gather and communicate in groups that match their own individual values or goals. Third, in line with Generation Z being the creator generation, they can easily create results that reveal their individuality by utilizing the various functions of the platforms in use. Fourth, they are a generation that is close to their parents, with whom they share and enjoy culture and trends together. Fifth, Generation Z has a more negative perception of marriage and childbirth than the previous generation. Based on this understanding of Generation Z, the education plans of Education of Heart, Education of Norm, and Education of Dominion found in the FFWPU’s educational philosophy of unification education theory are as follows. First, it was proposed that education of the heart is an education that requires one's own participation. Second, education of norm is an education that teaches the very basics of relationships. Third, education of dominion is proposed as an education which fosters creativity.

본 논문은 세계평화통일가정연합의 Z세대를 위한 교육 방안을 모색하는 연구이다. 본 논문은 지금까지 가정연합에서 이루어진 신앙교육으로는 새로운 가치관을 가진 Z세 대를 교육하는 데 한계가 있다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. Z세대의 특징을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째로 Z세대들은 태어났을 때부터 미디어에 노출된 환경에서 자란 디지털 원주민이다. 둘째, 이들은 SNS의 댓글을 이용해서 유대감을 쌓아 혼자가 익숙하다. 집단 안에서 소속감을 느끼는 것보다도 개인의 가치관이나 지향과 맞는 커뮤니티에 모여 소통하는 것을 선호한다. 셋째, Z세대는 크리에이터 세대이므로 플랫폼의 다양한 기능을 활용하여 개성을 드러내는 결과물을 손쉽게 만든다. 넷째, 부모와의 거리가 가까운 세대이며 문화나 트렌드를 부모님과 공유하고 같이 즐긴다. 다섯째, Z세대는 기성세대보다 결혼과 출산에 부정적 인식을 가지고 있다. 이러한 Z세대의 이해를 토대로 가정연합의 교육철학인 통일교육론의 심정교육, 규범교 육, 주관교육의 교육 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심정교육은 주체적으로 참여하는 심정교육 으로 둘째, 규범교육은 관계의 기초 알려주는 규범교육으로 셋째, 주관교육은 창조성을 개발하는 주관교육으로 제안하였다.
