The Korean church is facing a major crisis of online culture and at the same time an opportunity, a cultural wave. Although the Corona pandemic was an unavoidable situation that was met without preparation, the foundation of the newly formed Christian culture has only changed from face-to-face to non face-to-face in areas such as disciple‘s training and disciple‘s upbringing, which the Korean church has been doing well. In this situation, the Korean church is also attracting attention as an area of ministry where ministry in the online field is also important. In this situation, the necessity of developing and operating small group programs such as student training and student rearing is being raised in the field of online. There are several parts that need to be considered in order to develop an online small group program that can be implemented in churches. The small group system has a structure similar to that of group counseling in Christianity(pastoral) counseling in terms of the structure of group leaders and group members. Therefore, the process of developing a group counseling program can also be applied to the process of developing an online small group program. In order to develop an online small group program, this study aims to study the method and interpretation of projective (psychological) test Thematic Apperception Test(TAT) as a resource for program development, and Donald Winicott's theory as a resource for training small group leaders. Based on these two theories, we introduce media that can be used to develop online small group programs. The purpose of this study is to propose the structure of online small group program development based on theory and method.

한국교회는 온라인 문화라는 큰 위기이며 동시에 기회인 문화적 파고 를 만나고 있다. 코로나 팬더믹이라는 어쩔 수 없는 상황으로 준비없이 맞 아들이긴 했지만, 그 속에서 새롭게 형성되고 있는 기독교 문화의 기반은 한국교회가 그동안 잘 해오고 있던 제자훈련, 제자양육과 같은 분야가 대 면에서 비대면으로 변경되었을 뿐인 것이다. 이런 상황에서 한국교회는 온 라인 영역에서의 목회가 또한 중요한 목회의 영역으로 관심받고 있다. 온 라인이라는 영역에서도 제자훈련, 제자양육 등 소그룹 프로그램의 개발과 운영의 필요성이 바로 이런 상황속에 제기되고 있는 것이다. 교회에서 실 시할 수 있는 온라인 소그룹 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서는 몇가지 고려되 어야 하는 부분이 있다. 소그룹이라는 체계가 집단지도자와 집단원이라는 구조적인 측면에서 기독(목회)상담의 집단상담과 유사한 구조를 가지고 있 다. 따라서 집단상담 프로그램의 개발과정은 온라인 소그룹 프로그램을 개 발하는 과정에도 적용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 소그룹 프로그램을 개 발하기 위해 프로그램 개발을 위한 자원으로 투사적 심리검사 주제통각검 사(TAT)의 방식과 해석방법을 연구하고, 소그룹 지도자의 훈련을 위한 자 원으로는 도날드 위니캇의 이론을 연구하고자 한다. 이 두 이론을 바탕으 로 온라인 소그룹 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 활용될 수 있는 매체들을 소 개한다. 이론과 방법을 바탕으로 온라인 소그룹 프로그램 개발의 구조를 제안하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다.
