Ever since migrants began to appear and migrant missions were founded in Korea, the idea of "hospitality" has been widely discussed. It raises questions about how to relate to and live with the increasing number of migrants in our society. The selection of migrant laborers to Korea is contingent upon their qualifications and capacity to be paid for their labor. However as the Bible advocates, migrant missions should offer unconditional hospitality instead of conditional invitation applied by the government. This research explores the different forms of unconditional hospitality that ought to be sought after for migrant laborers and how to put them into practice in migrant worker missions. It is centered around the theory of Jewish philosopher Jacques Derrida, who placed special emphasis on the idea of unconditional hospitality. Whatever their background or status, unconditional hospitality must be extended, and it must be continuously pursued while understanding the associated risks. Despite any disappointments or frustrations that may result from interactions with migrant workers, this pursuit of unconditional hospitality should take the form of an open mission that anybody can join, offering unconditional forgiveness. Conditional hospitalities, in all its forms, are regulated and implemented in missions with the ultimate goal of attaining unconditional hospitality. In order to attain unconditional hospitality, ongoing efforts are focused on putting conditional hospitalities into practice within the context of the mission. Migrant workers would encounter God's unwavering hospitality and embrace the Gospel through the mission of unconditional hospitality.

오늘날 우리 사회와 국내 이주민 선교에서는 이주민의 등장 이후로 ‘환 대’(선교)에 관한 주제가 많이 회자되고 있다. 이는 다양한 부류가 등장하 고, 계속 증가하고 있는 이주민들을 우리가 어떻게 대하여야 하고, 그들과 어떻게 공생하여야 하는가의 문제로 연결된다. 특히 국내에 체류 중인 이 주근로자는 우리나라에 노동력을 제공하고 그에 상응하는 임금을 받는 조 건의 대우를 받는 자들이다. 비록 그들이 조건적 대우를 받으며 살아가고 있더라도, 이주근로자 선교에서는 조건적 환대가 아니라 하나님께서 우리 에게 보여주시고 명하신 절대적 환대의 실천이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 절대적 환대가 지향되어야 함을 주장하는 유대인 철학자 데리다(Jacqus Derrida)의 사유를 근거로 이주근로자를 향하여 절 대적 환대가 어떻게 추구되어야 하고, 그 추구가 선교적으로 어떻게 구현 돼야 하는가를 고찰하고자 한다. 절대적 환대는 이주근로자의 다양한 신 분과 배경에 상관없이 이루어져야 하고, 위험성의 동반을 인지함에도 포기 치 않고 지속적으로 추구되어야 한다. 그리고 이렇게 추구되어야 할 절대 적 환대는 선교에서 모든 이에게 어떠한 제약이 없는 열린 선교로 구현되 어야 하고, 이주근로자들로 인한 실망과 좌절에도 무한한 용서가 일어나야 하며, 절대적 환대를 실현해 나갈 조건적 환대들을 규정하고 실천해 나가 는 선교로 행해져야 한다. 이주근로자 선교에서는 절대적 환대를 추구해야 할 목표로 삼고, 이를 향해 끊임없이 고민하고 실현 가능한 조건적 환대들 을 규정하며, 실천해 나가는 노력이 계속되어야 할 것이다. 절대적 환대를 추구하고 구현하는 선교를 통하여 이주근로자들이 하나님의 절대적 환대 를 경험하고, 환대로서의 복음을 받아들이기를 기대한다
