Structural equation modeling, a multivariate analysis method, is a technique that analyzes, evaluates, and identifies the structural relationships between variables in an overall position model. This study uses extracted data on the satisfaction of oriental medicine patients and their intention to reuse oriental medicine. This study also examines the relationship between oriental medicine facilities, doctors, administration, assistants, and accessibility. In addition, in actual analysis, a repeatedly measured concept is intended to identify reliability and validity of the results. Reliability can be indicated by a rule that shows continuous results. Validity determines whether the measuring tool has measured the concept clearly. Both reliability and validity are then used to conduct a structural model analysis using a structural equation. The results of this research indicate that the better an oriental doctor's ability is demonstrated in the research hypothesis test, the higher the patient's satisfaction with oriental medicine. It follows that the higher the satisfaction with oriental medicine, the higher a patient’s intention to reuse oriental medicine. Thus, a patient’s overall satisfaction with oriental medicine has a great influence on their intention to reuse oriental medicine.

다변량 분석방법인 구조방정식 모형은 변수들 간의 상호의 관련관계를 전체입장의 모형에서 분석하고, 평 가하고, 변수들 사이에 구조적 관련관계를 파악하게 하는 기법이다. 본 연구에서는 한의원 환자들의 만족도와 한의 원 재이용 의사에 대해 추출한 데이터를 사용하여 한의원의 병원시설과 한의사, 원무행정, 보조원, 접근성이 환자의 한의원의 만족도를 하여 한의원 재이용 의사에 미치는 부분에 대한 영향관계를 알고자 한다. 또한 실제분석에 있어 어떤 반복 측정매개로 한 개념인 경우, 지속적인 결과를 보이는 규칙을 의미하는 신뢰성과 측정하는 도구가 측정코 자 하는 개념을 확실하게 측정했는가를 구분 및 판단하는 타당성을 파악 후 구조방정식을 사용하여 구조모형 분석 을 실시하고 최적의 모형을 나타내고자 한다. 그 결과, 연구가설 검증에서 한의사의 실력이 좋을수록 환자의 한의 원 만족도는 높았으며, 한의원 만족도가 높으면 높을수록 한의원 재이용 의사도 높아지며, 한의원의 만족도가 한의 원 재이용 의사에 큰 영향을 미친다고 분석된다.
