This study was conducted to investigate nursing students' experiences with online practice and on-site clinical practice during the COVID-19 pandemic, and provide basic data for developing effective training strategies for future nursing students. Using a content analysis approach, data was collected through a self-administered online Google survey from November 1 to December 31, 2022, targeting 20 nursing students who had experienced both online training and clinical field training. The study led to the development of an educational program designed to enable nurses to acquire organizational socialization processes, including professional nursing performance, various communication methods, and collaboration processes with other departments, within the context of limited clinical field training. There is a need to consider a practical curriculum that includes an educational program focused on applying the nursing process through direct skills and critical thinking.

본 연구는 COVID-19 팬데믹 시기 간호대 학생의 온라인 실습과 현장 임상실습 경험을 파악하여 향후 간 호대 학생의 효과적인 실습 교육 방법에 대한 전략을 수립하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 본 온라인 실 습과 현장 임상실습을 모두 경험한 간호대 학생 20명을 대상으로 2022년 11월1일부터 12월 31일까지 온라인 구글 자가 기입식 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석한 내용분석연구이다. 연구결과 제한된 현장 임상실습에서 가져 올 수 있는 임상 현장 분위기와 상황적 맥락에서의 간호사의 전문직 간호 수행, 여러 가지 의사소통 과정, 다른 부 서와의 협업 과정 등의 조직사회화 과정을 습득할 수 있는 교육 프로그램과 직접 술기와 비판적 사고 과정을 통한 간호과정을 직접 적용할 수 있는 교육 프로그램이 모두 포함된 실습 교육과정에 대해 고찰할 필요가 있겠다.
