The purpose of this study was to develop the practical guidelines for minimizing the negative effect in accordance with long travel time and jet lag, and to present the program for athletic performance enhancement of Korea national team participating in 2024 Paris paralympic game. Qualitative analysis approaching method was applied in this study with the bibliographic data and case-study results. The precedent research data that meet the purpose of this study were selected for analysis object using the literature search engine with related key words. And then international and domestic literature were obtained through the database. As a result, jet lag overcoming program was developed according to four phases comprised of preparatory phase, travel phase, overseas location phase(overseas field training, athletic village, at the venue), return phase. Action guidelines developed in this study have to be applied especially to travel phase and overseas field training phase for getting excellent records in Paris paralympic game. And it is suggested that education program should be carred out for Korea national team.

본 연구는 장시간의 비행과 시차에 수반되는 부정적 효과를 최소화할 수 있는 구체적인 지침을 개발하여 제시함으 로써 2024 파리패럴림픽에 참가하는 대한민국선수단의 경기력향상에 일조하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 관련 문헌과 유사사례를 검토하는 질적 문헌분석방법을 적용하였다. 인터넷 논문검색 시스템을 이용하여 관련 주제어로 본 연구의 목적에 부합하는 선행연구를 분석대상으로 선정하고, DB를 통해 해외문헌 및 국내문헌을 확보하였다. 연구결 과 준비단계, 이동단계, 현지단계(사전훈련캠프, 선수촌, 경기장), 귀국단계 등 4단계로 구분한 시차적응프로그램을 개발 하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 지침은 특히 이동단계와 사전훈련캠프 단계에 적용되어야 할 것이며, 파리패럴림픽 에서의 우수한 성적 획득에 일조할 것으로 예상된다. 또한 실질적인 효과를 거두기 위해서는 대한민국선수단을 대상으로 한 교육프로그램이 도입되어야 할 것으로 제언된다.
