The purpose of this study is to establish a strategy for winning a gold medal in men's gymnastics floor exercise at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. The subjects of the study were 15 people who won the 2023 World Championship and the 2024 World Cup Series, The following conclusions were drawn as a result of the strategy for winning the gold medal at the Paris Olympic Games by comparing their performance with that of Ryu Sung-hyun and Kim Han-sol: First, the difficulty scores of athletes expected to compete at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games were 6.300 points to 6.500 points, showing no significant difference. Second, Ryu Sung-hyun increased by 0.2 points by changing from Double salto bwd. tucked 2/1 t. motion performance to Ri Jong Song motion, and it increased 0.3 points by changing from bwd. 5/2 t. + fwd str. connection technique to bwd. 5/2 t. + Double salto fwd. tucked connection technique. Third, Kim Han-sol increased by 0.4 points by changing the bwd. 5/2 t. + fwd. str. connection technique to bwd. 5/2 t. + Double salto fwd. piked connection technique. Fourth, in order for Ryu Sung-hyun and Kim Han-sol to win gold medals at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, they must increase the leap power of acrobatic technique to stabilize the landing preparation of acrobatic technique, gather legs and land perfectly, and increase the execution score through improvement of non-acrobatic technique.

본 연구의 목적은 2024 파리올림픽 남자 기계체조 마루운동 금메달 획득 전략을 수립하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 2023 세계선수권대회와 2024 파리올림픽 출전권이 걸린 네 차례의 월드컵 시리즈대회에서 입상한 15명이며, 이들의 연기내용과 류성현 선수와 김한솔 선수의 연기내용을 비교하여 파리올림픽 금메달 획득 전략을 세운 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 2024 파리올림픽에서 경쟁이 예상되는 선수들의 난도점수는 HEPWORTH , H. 선수가 6.800점으로 가장 높게 나타났고, DOLGOPYAT, A., MINAMI, K., KARIMI, M., SHARAMKOU, Y., YULO, C. E. 선수가 6.300점∼ 6.500점으로 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 둘째, 류성현 선수는 Double salto bwd. tucked 2/1 t. 기술을 Ri Jong Song 기술로 변경하여 0.2점을 증가시켰고, bwd. 5/2 t. + fwd str. 연결기술을 bwd. 5/2 t. + Double salto fwd. tucked 연결기술로 변경하여 0.3점을 증가시켜 난도점수를 6.600점으로 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 김한솔 선수는 bwd. 5/2 t. + fwd. str. 연결기술을 bwd. 5/2 t. + Double salto fwd. piked 연결기술로 변경하여 0.4점을 증가시켜 난도점수를 6.400점으로 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 류성현 선수와 김한솔 선수가 2024 파리올림픽에서 금메달을 획득하기 위해서는 아크로바틱 기술의 도약력을 상승시켜서 아크로바틱 기술의 착지 준비를 안정성 있게 하고, 다리를 붙여서 완벽하 게 착지하는 동작을 실시해야 하며, 비 아크로바틱 기술의 개선을 통하여 실행점수를 높여야만 하는 것으로 나타났다.
