The purpose this study were to investigate the structural relationship between among subjective career success, protean career management behavior and protean career attitude of Taekwondo instructors. The study participants consisted of 245 Taekwondo instructors. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS/PC+ 26.0 version and AMOS 26.0 version for Windows. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was for analysis. The results of the model verification are as follows: the goodness of fit indices for the research model were χ²=205.4 (p<.05), NFI=.913, CFI=.921, IFI=.922, TLI=.901, and RMR=.086. Furthermore, the verification results for three hypotheses were accepted. Firstly, the protean career attitude significantly influences their protean career management behavior. Secondly, the protean career attitude affects subjective career success. Lastly, the protean career management behavior influences subjective career success. Moreover, specific causal effects among variables were found to be both direct and indirect, with career attitude and career management acting as mediators between career attitude and subjective career success.

본 연구는 태권도 사범의 프로틴 경력태도와 프로틴 경력관리행동 및 주관적 경력성공의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 태권도 사범 245명이었으며, 자료의 분석은 Windows용 SPSS/PC＋ 26.0 버전 및 AMOS 26.0버 전을 이용하였으며, 구조방정식모형분석을 통해 검증되었다. 분석결과 연구모형의 적합도는 χ²=205.4,(p<.05), NFI=.913, CFI=.921, IFI=.922, TLI=.901, RMR=.086로 나타났다. 그리고 세 가지 가설 모두 채택되었다. 첫째, 태권 도 사범의 프로틴 경력태도는 프로틴 경력관리행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 사범의 프로 틴 경력태도는 주관적 경력성공에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 사범의 프로틴 경력관리행동은 주관적 경력성공에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 변인 간 인과효과는 직, 간접적으로 모두 유효하였으며, 프로 틴 경력태도와 주관적 경력성공 간에 프로틴 경력관리가 매개변인으로서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로의 연구는 연구대상의 세분화, 다양한 변인들의 설정 및 개발을 통하여 실천적 태권도 직업환경 개선을 위한 후속 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.
