The purpose of this study is to lay a theoretical foundation for non-face-to-face practical classes by analyzing the impact of non-face-to-face practical class educational service quality on learning immersion and educational satisfaction, focusing on students majoring in physical education. To achieve the purpose of the study, a total of 340 people, 20 from each university, were studied, focusing on 17 universities that conducted non-face-to-face classes. A total of 314 questionnaires were used, excluding 26 with insincere answers. Data processing was performed using the SPSS 21.0 program, including frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and single regression analysis. Through this analysis, the following results were derived. First, responsiveness, reliability, and adaptability were found to have an effect on the relationship between non-face-to-face practical class educational service quality and learning immersion, while expertise and convenience were found to have no effect. Second, in the relationship between non-face-to-face practical class education service quality and education satisfaction, expertise, responsiveness, reliability, and tangibility were found to have an effect on education satisfaction, while convenience was found to have no effect. Third, non-face-to-face practical classes were found to have an effect on learning immersion and educational satisfaction.

이 연구는 체육학과 전공학생을 중심으로 비대면 실기수업 교육서비스품질이 학습몰입과 교육만족에 미치는 영 향을 분석하여 비대면 실기수업의 이론적 토대를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 비대면 수업을 실시한 17곳 대학을 중심으로 각 대학별 20명씩 총 340명을 연구대상을 하였다. 설문지 중 불성실한 답변이 있는 26부를 제외하고 총 314부를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 탐색적 요인분석, 빈도분석, 다중회귀 분석, 단일회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 다음과 같이 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 비대면 실기수업 교육서비 스품질과 학습몰입과의 관계에 있어 반응성, 신뢰성, 유형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 전문성, 편의성은 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비대면 실기수업 교육서비스품질과 교육만족의 관계에 있어 전문성, 반응성, 신뢰성, 유형성은 교육만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 편의성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비대면 실기 수업 학습몰입과 교육만족에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
