The purpose of this study is to study ways to improve youth sports programs by analyzing the causal relationship between youth's motivation to participate in sports activities and their experiences participating in early childhood education. Statistical analysis was conducted by conducting factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using the questionnaire data collected by conducting a questionnaire test on youth participating in sports activities at a sports center. First, the research results showed that motivation to participate in sports activities had an effect on intention to continue sports activities. Second, the interaction effect of early childhood sports participation experience was found to have a partial effect. Based on these results, it is believed that when developing youth sports programs, developing programs in connection with early childhood education institutions and operating them based on the test results can contribute to revitalizing youth sports activities.

본 연구는 유소년의 스포츠 활동 참여동기와 유아교육 참여 경험의 인과 관계를 분석하여 유소년 스포츠 프로그램의 개선방안 연구를 목적으로한다. 스포츠 센터에서 스포츠 활동 중인 유소년을 대상으로 설문지 검사를 시행하여 수집된 설문데이터를 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 유소년들의 스포츠 참여동기는 지속의도에 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 유아체육 참여 경험의 상호작용 효과는 부분적 영향이 있는 것을 파악했다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 유소년 스포츠 프로그램 개발 시 유아체육을 시작하는 교육기관과 연계하여 지속적인 체육활동이 가능한 프로그램을 개발하여 지속적인 스포츠 활동 프로그램 개발을 연계하는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다.
