South Korea is gradually aging, and as the elderly population increases, the aging of society is progressing. With the increase in the elderly population, there is also a rise in diseases that cause visual impairment such as dementia, presbyopia, primary open-angle glaucoma, etc. In this paper, we propose a medication management service for dementia patients or visually impaired individuals using IoT. Since it is not easy for dementia patients and visually impaired individuals to manage medication dosage and history on their own, this paper supports residual amounts, medication time reminders, history, and so on, for medications that need to be taken, and introduces efficient medication management services by providing this information to the patient's family members. Finally, we anticipate the effects that can be obtained through this service and conclude this paper.

대한민국은 점점 평균연령이 높아지고, 고령의 인구가 많아짐에 따라 고령화 사회가 점점 진행되고 있는 상황이다. 고령 인구 증가에 따라 치매 발생률과 노인성 백내장, 원발성 녹내장등 시각장애를 초래하는 병의 발생률 또한 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 IoT를 활용한 치매환자 및 시각장애인들을 위한 약 관리 서비스를 제시하고 자 한다. 치매환자 및 시각장애인들은 약의 복용법 및 복용 이력 등을 스스로 관리하는 것이 쉽지 않기 때문에 본 논문에서는 복용해야 할 약들에 대해 잔여량, 복용 시간 알림, 기록 등을 지원하며, 환자의 가족들에게 해당 정보들을 함께 제공함으로써 효율적인 약 복용 관리 서비스를 소개하고자 한다. 그리고 이러한 서비스를 통하여 얻을 수 있는 효과들을 예상해보며 본 논문을 마무리하고자 한다.
